Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种污水处理系统,包括机械格栅,调节池,缺氧池,膜生物反应池,污泥池和清水池,污水首先经过机械格栅去除悬浮物然后经管道进入调节池,调节池用于水质水量的调节,调节池内设提升泵,提升泵定时将调节池内的水送入缺氧池,缺氧池内污水在进行厌氧硝化反应,进入膜生物反应池,进一步氧化分解后,达到排放标准,送入清水池。本实用新型的系统大大减小了污水处理系统的占地面积,由于膜的过滤作用,微生物被完全截留在生物反应器中,实现了水力停留时间与活性污泥泥龄的彻底分离,消除了传统活性污泥法中污泥膨胀问题。

[0002]生活污水水质复杂,污水中含有大量细菌、病毒、寄生虫卵和有毒有害物质。城市 污水处理工艺一般根据城市污水的利用或排放去向并考虑水体的自然净化能力,确定污水 的处理程度及相应的处理工艺。处理后的污水,无论用于工业、农业或是回灌补充地下水, 都必须符合国家颁发的有关水质标准。
[0003]现代污水处理技术,按处理程度划分,可分为一级、二级和三级处理工艺。污水一 级处理应用物理方法,如筛滤、沉淀等去除污水中不溶解的悬浮固体和漂浮物质。污水二级 处理主要是应用生物处理方法,即通过微生物的代谢作用进行物质转化的过程,将污水中 的各种复杂的有机物氧化降解为简单的物质。生物处理对污水水质、水温、水中的溶氧量、 pH值等有一定的要求。污水三级处理是在一、二级处理的基础上,应用混凝、过滤、离子交 换、反渗透等物理、化学方法去除污水中难溶解的有机物、磷、氮等营养性物质。污水中的污 染物组成非常复杂,常常需要以上几种方法组合,才能达到处理要求。现有的污水处理系统 多

具体实施方式
[0016]下面对本实用新型作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型 的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
[0017]如图1所示,本实用新型的污水处理系统包括机械格栅丨,调节池u,缺氧池10,膜 生物反应池9,污泥池8和清水池7。生活污水经管道收集后统一进入污水处理站,在污水处 理站,污水首先经过机械格栅1去除塑料袋,布条等悬浮物然后经管道进入调节池丨。调节 池11用于水质水量的调节,调节池底采用穿孔曝气,起搅拌作用,用来均和水质,调节池丄丄 内设温控装置和辅助加热装置,使调节池内的水温保持在30〜38°C之间,以使污水能够保 持较高的活性进入缺氧池进行大分子有机物的分解和脱氮。调节池11内设提升栗2,提升栗 定时将调节池内的水送入缺氧池。缺氧池10内污水在进行厌氧硝化的过程中产生沼气的同 时将有机污染物充分降解,污水中剩余的难以降解的有机污染化合物物随污水进入膜生物 反应池9。缺氧池10中的聚磷菌在厌氧条件下大量吸附污水中的有机物,同时释放磷,为后 面的好氧段大量吸磷创造条件。缺氧池10底部还设置有搅拌器,搅拌器对有机污染物进行 搅拌,通过搅拌器的搅拌既能够增强有机污染物的活性,还能够避免有机污染物在缺氧池 的底部沉积,导致污泥排放困难,影响缺氧池内污水厌氧生物硝化的效率。缺氧池1〇与膜生 物反应池9的上部相通,使缺氧池10内的污水可以自由流入膜生物反应池9。污水中的有机 物在膜生物反应池9得到氧化分解,同时聚磷菌摄取污水中的磷比在厌氧条件下所释放的 更多,这样在膜生物反应池通过排出高磷剩余污泥的方式使磷得到去除。膜生物反应池设 过滤膜,有机污染物通过过滤膜进行高效固液分离,以达到排放标准。膜生物反应池9内也 设提升泵2,用于将膜生物反应池的污水送入到厌氧池10,实现对难以降解的有机污染物进 行再次厌氧生物硝化反应。经膜生物反应池9处理后的水经过检测能够达到排放标准。膜生 物反应池9和清水池7通过自吸泵4连接,将处理后的水送入清水池7。

[0019] 进一步的,在缺氧池10的底部设排泥管,污水在缺氧池内进行厌氧硝化反应降解 生成有机污染物,排泥管用于定期排放有机污染物,避免在缺氧池底沉积。
[0020] 进一步的,膜生物反应池9还配置有鼓风机3,鼓风机给膜生物反应池增氧的同时, 还可以起到冲刷吸附在过滤膜上的活性污泥的作用。
