S:炭素数16以上の飽和脂肪酸
U:炭素数16以上の不飽和脂肪酸
SSS:Sが3分子結合しているトリグリセリド
S2U:Sが2分子、Uが1分子結合しているトリグリセリド
SU2:Sが1分子、Uが2分子結合しているトリグリセリド
UUU:Uが3分子結合しているトリグリセリド
SSU:1,2位又は2,3位にS、1又3位にUが結合しているトリグリセリド
