Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る時系列データ分析装置1は、図1に示すように、複数の工作機械100に対して、データを送受信可能に接続される。時系列データ分析装置1は、複数の工作機械100から出力される時系列データを取得し、収集する。時系列データ分析装置1は、収拾した時系列データを他の時系列データと比較可能な状態で表示する。これにより、時系列データ分析装置1は、工作機械100の故障予測、故障原因究明、動作状態の適正化等に資する情報を表示できる。
まず、送受信部11は、複数の工作機械100から時系列情報を収集する。送受信部11は、収拾した時系列情報を時系列データ格納部12に格納する。

Claims (5)
- 工作機械から出力される時系列データを分析する時系列データ分析装置であって、
前記工作機械の動作条件と動作結果とを含む時系列データを複数取得する時系列データ取得部と、
複数の時系列データを動作条件ごとに分類する分類部と、
分類された動作条件ごとに複数の時系列データをリスト化して表示する制御を行う表示制御部と、
分類された1つの動作条件に含まれる複数の時系列データから選択された、複数の時系列データの動作結果の差分を計算する計算部と、
を備え、
前記表示制御部は、計算された差分を表示する制御を行う時系列データ分析装置。 - 前記表示制御部は、選択された複数の時系列データを重ねてグラフ表示する制御を行う請求項1に記載の時系列データ分析装置。
- 前記時系列データ取得部は、動作条件として動作日時を含む時系列データを取得し、
前記表示制御部は、複数の時系列データの動作日時をリスト化して表示する制御を行う請求項1又は2に記載の時系列データ分析装置。 - 前記計算部は、分類された1つの動作条件において基準となる時系列データを基準データとして、分類された1つの動作条件における複数の時系列データとの差分を計算するとともに、差分に基づいて複数の時系列データをソートし、
前記表示制御部は、ソートされた複数の時系列データをリスト化して表示する制御を行う請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の時系列データ分析装置。 - 前記計算部は、基準データと他の時系列データの差分の絶対値の最大値又は差分の二乗平均値に基づいて、分類された1つの動作条件に含まれる複数の時系列データをソートする請求項4に記載の時系列データ分析装置。
