Claims (6)
- 流動材料を被供給部に供給する流動材料供給装置であって、
上記流動材料を貯留するタンクと、
上記タンク内の流動材料を、上記被供給部に吐出する吐出部に供給するための供給経路と、
上記タンク内の流動材料を、上記吐出部から吐出しないときに、上記タンク外に流出させた後に上記タンク内に戻すように循環させるための循環経路と、を備え、
上記循環経路には、上記流動材料に接触して該流動材料を加温又は冷却する加温/冷却部材が設けられた少なくとも1つの第1の分岐路と、上記流動材料の温度を変化させる手段が設けられていない1つの第2の分岐路とが互いに並列接続されて設けられているとともに、該循環経路の複数の分岐路のうちの1つに上記流動材料を選択的に流す切換手段が設けられていることを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。 - 請求項1記載の流動材料供給装置において、
上記加温/冷却部材は、上記流動材料を加温する加温部材であることを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。 - 請求項2記載の流動材料供給装置において、
上記加温部材は、上記第1の分岐路の径よりも小さい開口径に絞られた開口を有するオリフィス部材であり、
上記オリフィス部材は、上記流動材料が上記開口を流動する際に該流動材料に対して流動抵抗を付与することで該流動材料を加温するように構成されていることを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の流動材料供給装置において、
上記第1の分岐路は、複数設けられており、
上記複数の第1の分岐路には、加温又は冷却性能が互いに異なる上記加温/冷却部材がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の流動材料供給装置において、
上記吐出部は、複数の流動材料が混合される混合室を有するミキシングヘッドに設けられていて、該混合室で混合された流動材料を吐出するものであり、
上記複数の流動材料毎に、上記タンク、上記供給経路及び上記循環経路を備え、
上記複数の流動材料毎の上記循環経路が、上記少なくとも1つの第1の分岐路と、上記1つの第2の分岐路とを含むことを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。 - 請求項5記載の流動材料供給装置において、
上記複数の流動材料は、互いに化学的に反応する反応性材料であることを特徴とする流動材料供給装置。
