Claims (2)
- プローブ本体と、該プローブ本体の近位端に接続された柄とを含む超音波外科用器具であって、前記プローブ本体は、有機組織での外科手術を行うために有機組織と接触可能な作用表面又は作用端を有し、前記柄は、前記プローブ本体と反対側である近位端に、前記器具を超音波機械振動エネルギー源に動作可能に結合するためのコネクタを備え、前記柄と前記プローブ本体の一部とは、前記プローブ本体への流体輸送のための流路を備えて形成され、少なくとも、前記流路と前記作用表面又は作用端との間に位置する前記プローブ本体の部分は、前記流路から前記作用表面又は作用端に延びて前記流路から前記作用表面又は作用端への流体の貫通を可能にする多数の細孔経路を有し、前記プローブ本体は、前記流路から前記作用表面又は作用端への液体の流れのための他の経路を有しておらず、前記流路は、前記プローブ本体に沿って縦方向に延びる主要部を含み、前記流路は、前記主要部から前記作用表面又は作用端へ向かって、少なくとも一部で横方向に延びる少なくとも1つの枝状部を更に含み、該少なくとも1つの枝状部は、前記主要部から前記作用表面又は作用端へ向かって途中までしか延びず、前記少なくとも1つの枝状部は、前記主要部と反対側に、前記作用表面又は作用端から離れた自由端を有する、超音波外科用器具。
- 前記流路は複数の枝状部を含み、該枝状部はそれぞれ、前記主要部から前記作用表面又は作用端へ向かって、少なくとも一部で横方向に延び、それぞれの前記枝状部は、前記主要部から前記作用表面又は作用端へ向かって途中までしか延びず、それぞれの前記枝状部は、前記主要部と反対側に、前記作用表面又は作用端から離れたそれぞれの自由端を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波外科用器具。
