Claims (9)
- 平角線を径方向に隙間を設けながら積層させてフラットワイズ巻きにしたコイル部を複数備え、
前記複数のコイル部は、軸方向に隙間を設けて並んでいる
インダクタ。 - 前記複数のコイル部における前記平角線を積層させた部分の径方向寸法と軸方向寸法との比が予め定めた比となるように、前記平角線が巻回されている
請求項1に記載のインダクタ。 - 前記径方向寸法と前記軸方向寸法との比は略1である
請求項2に記載のインダクタ。 - 前記コイル部は、軸方向から視認した場合、四角形状に巻回されている
請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のインダクタ。 - 前記コイル部は空心である
請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のインダクタ。 - 前記複数のコイル部は、軸方向に隣合う第一コイル部及び第二コイル部を有し、
第一コイル部における前記平角線の間の隙間と、第二コイル部における前記平角線の間の隙間とが軸方向に連なるように、前記第一コイル部及び第二コイル部が配置されている
請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のインダクタ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載のインダクタを備えた装置。
- 平角線を径方向に隙間を設けながら積層させてフラットワイズ巻きにしたコイル部を複数備えるインダクタの製造方法であって、
軸方向に隙間を設けて前記複数のコイル部を並べる
インダクタの製造方法。 - 前記複数のコイル部における前記平角線を積層させた部分の径方向寸法と軸方向寸法との比が予め定めた比となるように、前記平角線を巻回する
請求項8に記載のインダクタの製造方法。
