Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 臓器保持装置であって、
1つ以上の臓器を拘束するように構成された生物学的適合性を有する柔軟性バリアと、柔軟性バリアの第1の連結領域から延びている第1のアンカーストリングと、柔軟性バリアの第2の連結領域から延びている第2のアンカーストリングと、少なくとも1つの拡張要素であって、第1の連結領域と第2の連結領域とが張力を受けて離れて保持され、柔軟性バリアを、その軸に対してほぼ垂直に拡張するように構成したときに、および複数の連結領域間の軸から離間した領域で柔軟性バリアと結合する少なくとも1つの拡張要素とを備える臓器保持装置。 - 請求項1に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記柔軟性バリアがネットを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項2に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記第1のアンカーストリングが前記柔軟性バリアから遠位の第1のループを有し、前記第2のアンカーストリングが前記柔軟性バリアから遠位の第2のループを有する臓器保持装置。
- 請求項2に記載の臓器保持装置であって、少なくとも1つの前記拡張要素が、前記第1の連結領域と前記第2の連結領域間の前記軸から離間した前記柔軟性バリアの加重周辺領域に沿った補助加重と、第1の連結領域と第2の連結領域とが張力を受けて離れた状態で保持されたときに、第1の連結領域と第2の連結領域間の軸から、加重周辺領域が垂下するように構成された補助加重とを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項4に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記補助加重が、前記加重周辺領域に固定された材料を備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項5に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記加重材料がシリコーンを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項6に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記補助加重が、前記柔軟性バリアの前記加重周辺領域に沿って固定されたシリコーンビーズを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項4に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記ネットの柔軟性を減少させる前記柔軟性バリアの補強構造をさらに備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項8に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記補強構造が前記ネットに固定されたシリコーンビーズを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項9に記載の臓器保持装置であって、前記第1の連結領域と前記第2の連結領域とが張力を受け離れて保持されるときに、前記シリコーンビーズが、前記第1の連結領域と前記第2の連結領域間の軸とほぼ非平行な線に沿って適用される臓器保持装置。
- 請求項2に記載の臓器保持装置であって、少なくとも1つの前記拡張要素は、
柔軟性バリアの第3の連結領域から延びる第3のアンカーストリングと、柔軟性バリアの第4の連結領域から延びる第4のアンカーストリングとを備える臓器保持装置。 - 請求項11に記載の臓器保持装置であって、
柔軟性バリアの第5の連結領域から延びる第5のアンカーストリングと、第1、第2、第3、および第4の連結領域によって画定される柔軟性バリアの中央領域内に配置される第5の連結領域とをさらに備える臓器保持装置。 - 請求項12に記載の臓器保持装置であって、第3のアンカーストリングが、柔軟性バリアから遠位の第3のループを備え、第4のアンカーストリングが、柔軟性バリアから遠位の第4のループを備え、第5のアンカーストリングが柔軟性バリアから遠位の第5のループを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項12に記載の臓器保持装置であって、柔軟性バリアがほぼ長方形であり、第1、第2、第3、および第4の連結領域の各々が、柔軟性バリアの個々の頂点に近接する臓器保持装置。
- 請求項2に記載の臓器保持装置であって、配向を表示するネット上の標識をさらに備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項15に記載の臓器保持装置であって、標識がネット上のシリコーンビーズを備える臓器保持装置。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の臓器保持装置の適用方法。
- 腹腔鏡手術用の臓器保持装置であって、
請求項3に記載の臓器保持装置と、および、患者の腹壁を穿刺することによって腹腔内に進入するように構成された鋭利な遠位端を備えるストリング牽縮装置と、臓器保持装置のループのうちの1つを捕捉して、柔軟性バリアの該当する連結領域に固定するために、腹壁の内蔵を通じて補足したループを引き込むように構成された鋭利な遠位端に近接するフックとを備える腹腔鏡手術用の臓器保持装置。 - 請求項18に記載の臓器保持システムの適用方法。
