該第2の導電層(306)が、前記第1の導電層(304)上の前記少なくとも1つのコネクタ(120、402、504)に付着するように適合される、請求項1に記載の電極(300、400、500)。 - 前記第1の導電層(304)上に配置された複数の半導体層(502)をさらに備え、
