この押圧力によって、幅方向TDの外側へ倒れるように変形されていたリブ24及びサブロック突片27が起こされる。押圧力の方向を斜めにすることによって、リブ24及びサブロック突片27の倒れを確実に矯正することができる。したがって、拡幅変形されていた被嵌め込み部23の幅が狭められる。
これによって、主帯材20の撓みが矯正され、押出成形時の断面形状に近づく。したがって、腕部34の先端部をコーナー部24cに確実に係止できる。この結果、主帯材20の断面形状が不安定であっても補強帯材30を被嵌め込み部23に安定的に嵌め込むことができる。ひいては、帯状部材2を安定的に製造できる。
矯正手段50を嵌め込み手段14に組み込むことによって、補強帯材30の嵌め込みと同時に主帯材20の断面を矯正できる。しかも、矯正手段50は、嵌め込み手段14の挟付ローラ41,42と協働して主帯材20を押圧する。すなわち、挟付ローラ41,42による挟み付けによって主帯材20が幅方向に拘束される。これによって、矯正ローラ51による押圧の反力を取ることができる。したがって、矯正手段50が別途の反力受け部材を有している必要がなく、矯正手段50の構成を簡素化できる。

Therefore, the tip of the arm 34 can be reliably engaged with the corner 24c. As a result, even if the cross-sectional shape of the main band member 20 is unstable, the reinforcing band member 30 can be stably fitted into the fitting portion 23. As a result, the strip 2 can be manufactured stably.
By incorporating the correction means 50 into the fitting means 14, the cross section of the main band 20 can be corrected simultaneously with the fitting of the reinforcing band 30. Moreover, the correcting means 50 presses the main band 20 in cooperation with the pinching rollers 41 and 42 of the inserting means 14. That is, the main band member 20 is restrained in the width direction by the pinching by the pinching rollers 41 and 42. 第2実施形態は、主帯材20の断面が全体的に反るように撓み変形しているのを矯正するのに効果的である。

前記主帯材に形成された被嵌め込み部に前記補強帯材を嵌め込んで前記帯状部材を形成する嵌め込み手段と、
前記嵌め込み手段又はその前後に設けられ、前記主帯材の断面形状を矯正する矯正手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする帯状部材製造装置。
