Abstract
Description
図5に示す変形例1では、パイプ部は、外側耐摩耗層62における積層された各第1耐摩耗層(62a〜62c)の厚さが同じとなるよう設計されている。
本変形例2では、外側耐摩耗層が3層以上の第1耐摩耗層を有する。図6に示すパイプ部の外側耐摩耗層72では、4層の第1耐摩耗層(72a〜72d)が積層されている。
図7に示す本変形例3では、外側耐摩耗層62の第1耐摩耗層(62a〜62c)と同様に、内側耐摩耗層63の第2耐摩耗層(63a〜63c)を着色し、色分けする。
図8に示す本変形例4では、変形例3と同様に、第2耐摩耗層(73a〜73c)を色分けするとともに、内側耐摩耗層73の厚さを、外側耐摩耗層62よりも薄くする。

Claims (8)
- 繊維強化プラスチックで構成された筒状の強度層と、
前記強度層の外周側を覆う外側耐摩耗層と、
前記強度層の内周側を覆う内側耐摩耗層と、
を備え、
前記外側耐摩耗層が、複数の第1耐摩耗層の積層体であり、
複数の前記第1耐摩耗層の色が、それぞれ異なるスプレイパイプ。 - 複数の前記第1耐摩耗層の厚さは、それぞれ等しい請求項1に記載のスプレイパイプ。
- 前記外側耐摩耗層は、積層された3層以上の前記第1耐摩耗層で構成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載のスプレイパイプ。
- 前記強度層は、着色顔料を含まない請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のスプレイパイプ。
- 前記内側耐摩耗層が、複数の第2耐摩耗層の積層体であり、
複数の前記第2耐摩耗層の色が、それぞれ異なる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のスプレイパイプ。 - 前記外側耐摩耗層は、前記内側耐摩耗層よりも厚い請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のスプレイパイプ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のスプレイパイプが水平方向の軸線に沿って複数配置された液柱式の吸収塔を備えている脱硫装置。
- 請求項7に記載の脱硫装置の点検方法であって、
前記スプレイパイプの前記外側耐摩耗層の外観の色を観察し、該色に基づいて摩耗状態を判断する脱硫装置の点検方法。
