Claims (5)
- 求職の意思が顕在化している顕在求職者に比べて前記求職への関心が低く前記求職の意思が潜在化している潜在求職者を企業が囲い込む潜在求職者囲い込みシステムであって、
前記潜在求職者の個人情報を含むプロフィール情報を登録する登録部と、
前記企業に関して公開された求人情報とは異なり前記企業に関する未公開の秘密情報を、前記プロフィール情報を登録した前記潜在求職者に対してのみ配信する秘密情報配信部と、
前記潜在求職者による前記企業のウェブサイトへの閲覧履歴情報に基づいて、前記プロフィール情報を登録する動機づけとなる登録促進情報を前記潜在求職者に通知する登録促進部と、
を備えることを特徴とする潜在求職者囲い込みシステム。 - 請求項1に記載の潜在求職者囲い込みシステムにおいて、
前記登録促進部は、前記閲覧履歴情報に基づいて、前記潜在求職者が関心を示す内容を分析し、複数の前記登録促進情報の中から該分析結果に応じて適切な情報を選択して通知することを特徴とする潜在求職者囲い込みシステム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の潜在求職者囲い込みシステムにおいて、
前記登録促進部は、前記ウェブサイトへの訪問回数、滞在時間及びクリック数を含む前記閲覧履歴情報の少なくとも1つ以上のパラメータに応じて前記潜在求職者が関心を示す職種を予測することを特徴とする潜在求職者囲い込みシステム。 - 請求項3に記載の潜在求職者囲い込みシステムにおいて、
前記登録促進部は、前記予測した職種と、実際に前記潜在求職者が登録した前記プロフィール情報に含まれる職種との照合結果に基づいて前記予測が適合する確率を高めるように学習する機能を有することを特徴とする潜在求職者囲い込みシステム。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の潜在求職者囲い込みシステムにおいて、
前記秘密情報配信部は、前記潜在求職者の身分証明書に関する情報を登録するとともに前記潜在求職者に秘密保持契約を登録した場合にのみ前記秘密情報を配信することを特徴とする潜在求職者囲い込みシステム。
