Claims (7)
- 炎形成用のメインバーナ(11)と、
前記メインバーナ(11)の炎が立ち消えそうになったときに、このメインバーナ(11)の燃焼状態を保つ保炎機構(12)と、
燃焼用のガスを充填したガス容器(17)から、前記メインバーナ(11)と前記保炎機構(12)に燃焼用のガスを送るガス送出管(13)と、
を備えたトーチ。 - 前記保炎機構(12)が、ガスの触媒燃焼を生じさせる触媒を備えている請求項1に記載のトーチ。
- 前記触媒が、白金、パラジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、銀のうち少なくとも1種を含む請求項2に記載のトーチ。
- 前記保炎機構(12)のガス放出口がメッシュ状となっており、そのメッシュの目開きの大きさが、0.01mm以上2mm以下の範囲内である請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のトーチ。
- 前記保炎機構(12)のガス放出口が三次元立体形状である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のトーチ。
- 前記メインバーナ(11)にガスを送る第一吸気管(18)の前記メインバーナ(11)との接続端部に、前記第一吸気管(18)の流路方向に対して垂直な断面の断面積を小さくした縮径部(27)が形成されている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のトーチ。
- 前記ガス送出管(13)が、前記メインバーナ(11)にガスを送る第一吸気管(18)と、前記保炎機構(12)にガスを送る第二吸気管(19)にそれぞれ接続されており、前記メインバーナ(11)と前記保炎機構(12)に、ガスと空気を混合した異なる濃度の混合気を送り込むことが可能な請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のトーチ。
