Claims (11)
- 表示領域と曲げ領域を有する基板と、
前記基板の曲げ領域に配置されたルーティング配線と、
前記基板と前記ルーティング配線の間に形成された下部膜とを含み、
前記下部膜の前面は、前記ルーティング配線の背面と重畳する、有機発光表示装置。 - 前記下部膜が、前記ルーティング配線と同じ幅を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記下部膜が、前記ルーティング配線に比べて狭い幅を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記下部膜が、無機絶縁物質からなる、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記基板の表示領域に設けられた画素アレイ層をさらに含み、
前記画素アレイ層が、
発光素子に流れるデータ電流を制御する薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタを覆う第1平坦化層と、
前記第1平坦化層上に設けられ、前記薄膜トランジスタに接続する発光素子層と、
前記発光素子層を覆う封止層とを含む、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記下部膜の側面と前記ルーティング配線を覆う第2平坦化層をさらに含み、
前記第1及び第2平坦化層が、同じ物質で形成された、請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第2平坦化層が、前記基板と直接に接触する、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2平坦化層上に設けられたマイクロコーティング層をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記曲げ領域の中立面が、前記ルーティング配線に位置する、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記曲げ領域の中立面が、前記ルーティング配線の上または内部に位置する、請求項8に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記ルーティング配線が、
前記基板上の第1金属と、
前記第1金属上の第2金属、および
前記第2金属上の第3金属とを含み、
前記中立面は、前記第2金属に位置する、請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。
