また、図3(b)よりノズルの衝突噴霧角度を拡大するのにつれて粒子径は小さく(微粒化)なるが、ノズルから供給される給油量は衝突噴霧角度に依存しないで一定値になる事が分かる。
従って、第一段目と第二段目における許容圧力損失ΔPna(Uia)、ΔPnb(Uib)はそれぞれ、第一段目と第二段目の圧縮機内圧力(Pia、Pib)を用いて、数2、数3のよう表される。
ΔPnb(Uib)≦Po−Pib(数3)
ここで、第二段目のほうが第一段目より高圧、すなわちPia<Pibであるので、第一段目と第二段目に同一ノズル孔径のノズルを適用した場合、第二段目のノズルからは、圧縮機内圧力差ΔPi=Pib−Piaだけ圧力が減少し、第二段目のノズルから供給される潤滑油の油量は、第一段目のノズルから供給される油量よりも差圧分だけ少なくなる。従って、第二段目のノズルの給油量を確保するには、第二段目のノズルの圧力損失を低減する必要がある。

Claims (5)
- 液冷式の圧縮機本体と、
1つのノズルにつき複数の噴射口を有し、前記噴射口から前記圧縮機本体の内部に冷媒を供給する1以上の第一のノズルおよび前記第一のノズルよりも高圧側に配置された1以上の第二のノズルと、を備え、
前記第一のノズルの前記噴射口の口径よりも前記第二のノズルの前記噴射口の口径のほうが大きい関係にある液冷式圧縮機。 - 前記第一のノズルの前記複数の噴射口同士がなす角よりも前記第二のノズルの前記複数の噴射口同士がなす角のほうが大きい関係にある請求項1に記載の液冷式圧縮機。
- 液冷式の圧縮機本体と、
1つのノズルにつき複数の噴射口を有し、前記噴射口から前記圧縮機本体の内部に冷媒を供給する1以上の第一のノズルおよび前記第一のノズルよりも高圧側に配置された1以上の第二のノズルと、を備え、
前記第二のノズルの数は前記第一のノズルの数よりも多い液冷式圧縮機。 - 前記第一のノズルおよび前記第二のノズルの前記噴射口の口径がいずれも0.5mm以上である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の液冷式圧縮機。
- 前記複数の噴射口同士がなす角度θがいずれも0゜≦θ<150゜である請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の液冷式圧縮機。
