Claims (8)
- 振動発生側及び振動伝達側の一方に取付可能な取付部材と、
弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材を介して前記取付部材に連結されている、合成樹脂製のブラケットと、
前記ブラケットを前記振動発生側及び前記振動伝達側の他方に締結するための貫通孔を有した、少なくとも2つの締結用金具と、
を有し、
前記ブラケットと前記締結用金具とが一体に形成された防振装置であって、
振動の入力位置は、前記防振装置の平面視において、2つの前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の中心軸を通る仮想線と一致しない位置であり、
前記締結用金具は、前記貫通孔の前記中心軸に沿う方向において、前記振動の入力位置に近い端縁側にフランジ部を有しており、
前記平面視において、
前記フランジ部は、前記仮想線に対して直交する方向において前記振動の入力位置側に位置する第1最外周縁と、前記仮想線に対して直交する方向において前記第1最外周縁と前記貫通孔を挟んで反対側であって前記振動の入力位置から最も遠い位置に位置する第2最外周縁とを有し、
前記仮想線に対して直交する方向における前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の前記中心軸から前記第1最外周縁までの長さは、前記仮想線に対して直交する方向における前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の前記中心軸から前記第2最外周縁までの長さよりも長い、防振装置。 - 前記平面視において、前記フランジ部の輪郭形状は、前記仮想線に対して直交する方向に沿う方向の長さが前記仮想線に沿う方向の長さより長い細長形状である、請求項1に記載の防振装置。
- 前記平面視において、前記フランジ部の輪郭形状は、楕円形状である、請求項2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記締結用金具は、前記貫通孔の中心軸に沿う方向において、前記振動の入力位置に近い端縁と反対側の、前記振動の入力位置から遠い端縁側に他のフランジ部を有しており、
前記平面視において、
前記他のフランジ部は、前記仮想線の延在方向外側に位置する第3最外周縁と、当該第3最外周縁と前記貫通孔を挟んで反対側の、前記仮想線の延在方向内側に位置する第4最外周縁とを有し、
前記仮想線の延在方向における前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の前記中心軸から前記第3最外周縁までの長さは、前記仮想線の延在方向における前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の前記中心軸から前記第4最外周縁までの長さよりも長い、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。 - 前記平面視において、前記他のフランジ部の輪郭形状は、前記仮想線に沿う方向の長さが前記仮想線に対して直交する方向に沿う方向の長さより長い細長形状である、請求項4に記載の防振装置。
- 前記平面視において、前記他のフランジ部の輪郭形状は、楕円形状である、請求項5に記載の防振装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つの締結用金具は、3つの締結用金具であり、前記仮想線は、2つの前記締結用金具の前記貫通孔の前記中心軸を通り、残り1つの前記締結用金具は、前記平面視において、前記振動の入力位置と前記仮想線を挟んで反対側の位置に配置されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記取付部材は、前記仮想線に沿う方向に延在する筒状部材である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
