- 蓄電池をそれぞれが有する複数の需要家施設における電力需給を管理する装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電池の2以上を起動または停止する際に、起動または停止する複数の前記蓄電池を2以上に群分けし、前記群毎に時間差を持たせて起動または停止するよう起動または停止のタイミングを調整する調整部
を備える電力管理装置。 - 前記調整部が、前記各需要家施設の配電系統または送電系統への接続位置に応じて、前記群分けを行う
請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記調整部が、前記各需要家施設が接続されている配電系統または送電系統の電圧の計測結果に応じて、前記群分けを行う
請求項1に記載の電力管理装置。 - 前記調整部による前記調整の要否を判断する判断部をさらに備え、
前記調整部は、前記判断部が前記調整が必要であると判断した場合に、前記調整を行う、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電力管理装置。 - 蓄電池をそれぞれが有する複数の需要家施設における電力需給を管理する方法であって、
調整部によって、前記複数の蓄電池の2以上を起動または停止する際に、起動または停止する複数の前記蓄電池を2以上に群分けし、前記群毎に時間差を持たせて起動または停止するよう起動または停止のタイミングを調整する
