Claims (8)
- 次亜塩素酸水生成装置において、生成された次亜塩素酸水を自動的に検知器にサンプリングし、次亜塩素酸水の水素イオン指数(pH)を変色法に依り検知する機能を持つ次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 前記検知器内の次亜塩素酸水のpHを比色検知可能とするために、前記検知器内の次亜塩素酸水に所定の液体を添加する添加手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 変色した次亜塩素酸水のpHを検出するための検出手段と、前記検出手段からの出力をpH値に変換する変換処理手段とを含む請求項2に記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 前記検出手段から出力され得る電圧値または電流値と、pHとが対応付けられた対応情報をあらかじめ記憶する記憶手段をさらに備え、前記変換手段は、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記対応情報に基づいて、前記検出手段からの出力値をpH値に変換する、請求項3に記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 生成期間において、前記検知器に連続して次亜塩素酸水の供給および排水を繰り返すことで、連続してpHの測定が可能な請求項2〜4いずれかに記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 前記検知器天壁には次亜塩素酸水が流入する流入口、底壁には次亜塩素酸水が流出する流出口、側壁には次亜塩素酸水量を定量に保つオーバーフロー口、添加液を添加する添加口が設けられている請求項2〜5いずれかに記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 前記検知器には次亜塩素酸水の流入口、流出口にはそれぞれ測定用バルブが設けられており、前記測定手段による測定開始時に開閉制御される請求項2〜6いずれかに記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
- 前記検知器で検知されたpH値は表示器に表示され、且つ検知器を視認確認するために、照明具が設けられ、この照明具がpH値によって照明色が変化し、pH値が直感的に判断できる請求項2〜7いずれかに記載の次亜塩素酸水生成装置。
