Abstract
【解決手段】渦発生体(16)と流量計測部とを備える渦流量計(1)において、金属製の測温ケース(41)に温度センサ(42)を接着剤により接着した測温体(40)にシール部材(52)を装着して、本体流路(23)に連通するように本体ケース(2)に形成された第1挿入穴(27)に測温体(40)を挿入し、測温体(40)の先端面(415)を、本体ケース(2)に形成された本体流路(23)の流路面(23a)と面一になる位置、又は、流路面(23a)より外側の位置に配置する。

Claims (3)
- 渦発生体と、前記渦発生体の下流側に配設され、前記渦発生体により発生した渦を検出することにより流量を計測する流量計測部とを備える渦流量計において、
金属製の測温ケースに温度センサを接着剤により接着した測温体と、
前記渦発生体が配設される本体流路と、前記測温体を挿入される挿入穴とを有し、前記本体流路と前記挿入穴とが連通している本体ケースと、
前記測温体と前記挿入穴の内壁との間をシールするシール部材と、を有すること、
前記挿入穴に挿入された前記測温体は、本体流路側に位置する先端面が、前記本体流路の流路面と面一となる位置、又は、前記本体流路の流路面より外側の位置に、配置されていること、
を特徴とする渦流量計。 - 請求項1に記載する渦流量計において、
前記測温ケースは、前記温度センサを収容する収容孔が軸線方向に形成されていること、
前記温度センサを前記収容孔の内壁に接触させた状態で前記温度センサと前記収容孔の内壁が接着されていること、
を特徴とする渦流量計。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載する渦流量計において、
前記測温体は、前記渦発生体の上流側に配置されていること、
を特徴とする渦流量計。
