Claims (11)
- 上部にレンダリングされた画像を有する基材を液体材料でオーバーコーティングするための装置であって、
上部に前記レンダリングされた画像を有する前記基材を移動させるための可動搬送部材と、
上部に前記レンダリングされた画像を有する前記基材を走査して走査データを取得するための走査デバイスと、
前記走査データから登録データ及び画像データを生成するための、前記走査デバイスに動作可能に接続されたコントローラであって、前記画像データが、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を表す、コントローラと、
前記コントローラに動作可能に接続され、前記走査デバイスの下流に位置するマーキングモジュールであって、前記コントローラから受け取った登録データ及び前記画像データに応答して、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を前記液体材料でオーバーコーティングする、マーキングモジュールと、を備える、装置。 - 前記走査デバイスが、前記可動搬送部材の少なくとも一部の上に延在する全幅アレイ走査デバイスを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マーキングモジュールが、インク液滴の形態で液体材料を分配し、
前記コントローラが、前記決定された登録データ及び前記決定された画像データに基づいて前記マーキングモジュールによる前記液体材料の分配を制御して、前記レンダリングされた画像上の正確な配置を保証する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記液体材料が、透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上部に配置された前記透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インク及び前記レンダリングされた画像を硬化させるための、前記マーキングモジュールに隣接し、かつ前記走査デバイスと前記マーキングモジュールの両方と位置合わせされたUV硬化デバイスをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記レンダリングされた画像を前記走査デバイスで走査する前に、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像が、電子写真プロセスによってレンダリングされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像が、シリコンオイルを含み、前記レンダリングされた画像が、シリコンオイルを含む前記レンダリングされた画像に付着するように適合された透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクでオーバーコーティングされる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記走査デバイス、前記マーキングサブシステム、前記可動搬送部、及び前記コントローラが、スタンドアロンユニットの一部であり、前記レンダリングされた画像を含む前記基材が、スタンドアロンユニットのフロントエンドで前記全幅アレイ走査デバイスに供給され、透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクでオーバーコーティングされた前記レンダリングされた画像と共に、スタンドアロンユニットのバックエンドで、出力として送達される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記基材の背景色を決定し、前記基材の前記決定された背景色と前記走査データとの比較に基づいて、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を表す前記画像データを前記走査データから決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上部にレンダリングされた画像を有する前記基材を透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクでオーバーコーティングするための装置であって、前記透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクが、インク液滴の形態で分配可能であり、前記レンダリングされた画像が、電子写真マーキングプロセスによってレンダリングされ、前記レンダリングされた画像が、シリコンオイルを含む、前記装置が、
可動搬送部材であって、上部に前記レンダリングされた画像を有する前記基材を移動させる、可動搬送部材と、
上部に前記レンダリングされた画像を有する前記基材を走査して走査データを取得するための走査デバイスと、
登録データ及び画像データを生成するための、前記走査デバイスに動作可能に接続されたコントローラであって、前記画像データが、前記走査データから前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を表す、コントローラと、
前記コントローラに動作可能に接続され、前記走査デバイスの下流に位置するマーキングモジュールであって、前記コントローラから受け取った登録データ及び前記画像データに応答して、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を前記透明UV硬化性ゲル化剤インクでオーバーコーティングする、マーキングモジュールと、を備える、装置。 - 前記コントローラが、前記基材の背景色を決定し、前記基材の前記決定された背景色と前記走査データとの比較に基づいて、前記基材上の前記レンダリングされた画像を表す前記画像データを前記走査データから決定する、請求項10に記載の装置。
