図1は、本発明による車両の車内構造の一実施形態の概略構成を車内側から視て示した斜視図である。
図3は、前記した図1に示すインパネ10の製造方法を説明する図である。
Claims (7)
- 内装部材と、鉛直方向において前記内装部材とラップする部分を有するガラスと、を備えた車両の車内構造であって、
前記内装部材は、光沢を有して前記ガラスから入射した光を反射する光沢部の表面に、車両幅方向成分の光振動を吸収する偏光層が設けられている、車両の車内構造。 - 前記内装部材は、運転席及び助手席よりも車両前方の部材であり、前記ガラスは、フロントガラスである、請求項1に記載の車両の車内構造。
- 鉛直方向において車両に配されたガラスとラップする位置に備えられる内装部材であって、
光沢を有して前記ガラスから入射した光を反射する光沢部と、
前記光沢部の表面に設けられ、車両幅方向成分の光振動を吸収する偏光層とを有する、内装部材。 - 鉛直方向において車両に配されたガラスとラップする位置に備えられる内装部材の製造方法であって、
光沢を有して前記ガラスから入射した光を反射する光沢部を持つ内装部材を用意するステップと、
素材フィルムを加湿膨潤させて可塑化するステップと、
前記可塑化させた素材フィルムを車両幅方向に延伸させて前記素材フィルムに車両幅方向成分の光振動を吸収する偏光特性を付与しながら前記内装部材の前記光沢部の表面形状に賦形しつつ前記光沢部の表面に貼り付けるステップと、
前記貼り付けた素材フィルムを乾燥させるステップと、を含む、内装部材の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥させた素材フィルムからなる偏光層の表面に、該偏光層を保護するためのコート層を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の内装部材の製造方法。
- 一方向の光の振動を吸収する偏光部材の製造方法であって、
素材フィルムを加湿膨潤させて可塑化するステップと、
前記可塑化させた素材フィルムを一方向に延伸させて前記素材フィルムに一方向成分の光振動を吸収する偏光特性を付与しながら対象部材の表面形状に賦形しつつ前記対象部材の表面に貼り付けるステップと、
前記貼り付けた素材フィルムを乾燥させるステップと、を含む、偏光部材の製造方法。 - 前記乾燥させた素材フィルムからなる偏光層の表面に、該偏光層を保護するためのコート層を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の偏光部材の製造方法。
