Claims (5)
- 接続用管の先端が挿入される挿し口が一端に設けられ、他端の外径にグルーブが形成され、前記挿し口と連結される内側に斜め方向に案内部が設けられ、外部両側に第1の締結固定部が備えられ、内周面に固定部が突出形成された円筒形の本体と、
前記第1の締結固定部にボルト締結される第2の締結固定部が外部両側に設けられ、挿し口をを介して円筒形の本体に挿入される突出部が一面に形成された配管ソケットと、
前記円筒形の本体の挿し口側に配置され、第1の締結固定部及び第2の締結固定部のボルト締結時、突出部を介して案内部に沿って固定部側にスライド移動し、両端が離隔して形成された加圧用リングと、
前記案内部の内側に配置され、突出部を介した加圧用リングの移動時、案内部に沿ってスライド移動し、両端が離隔して形成され、内周面に接続用管の外周面を把持するための少なくとも1つ以上の楔形ギアが斜め方向に突出形成された止め輪と、
前記円筒形の本体の内側に配置され圧縮による膨張によって接続用管を把持し、内周面に凸凹部が設けられ、前記接続用管の先端と密着する止め部が内側に突出形成されたゴム輪とを含む
ことを特徴とするグルーブ式管継手アダプター。 - 前記円筒形の本体は、挿し口が設けられた一端の直径より外径にグルーブが形成された他端の直径の方が狭く形成される
請求項1記載のグルーブ式管継手アダプター。 - 前記楔形ギアは少なくとも2つ以上で具備され、互いに反対方向に向かって配置される
請求項1記載のグルーブ式管継手アダプター。 - 前記円筒形の本体と配管ソケットの間に介在された水漏れ防止用のリングと、
前記円筒形の本体とゴム輪の間に介在されたゴム輪のバックアップリングと、
前記ゴム輪と止め輪の間に介在されたゴム輪の抜け止め押輪を含む
請求項1記載のグルーブ式管継手アダプター。 - 前記接続用管は直管、T字管、またはエルボーを含む曲管で具備される
請求項1記載のグルーブ式管継手アダプター。
