*** Explanation of light source unit mounting operation ***
With reference to FIG. 15, an operation of mounting the light source unit 100 on the instrument main body 200 by an operator will be described. FIG. 15 shows a state of a cross section viewed from the Z direction in FIGS. 12 and 16.
In FIG.
(A) shows the state before the light source unit 100 is attached to the instrument main body 200.
(B) shows the state which connected the front-end | tip part K of the spring part 230 to the connection tool 150 of the light source unit 100 in the state which the operator elastically deformed the spring part 230. FIG.
(C) shows a state in which the spring portion 230 slides with respect to the connection opening 153 of the connector 150.
(D) shows the state where the light source unit 100 is attached to the instrument body 200.

(1) In FIG. 15A, the spring portion 230 is attached to the instrument main body 200, and the light source unit 100 is not attached to the instrument main body 200.
(2) In FIG. 15 (b), the operator hangs the light source unit 100 on the instrument body 200 by hooking the tip K of the spring portion 230 to the edge of the opening of the connection opening 153 of the connector 150. Indicates the state. As shown in FIG. 12, the spring portion 230 has two spring portions 230 disposed at both ends of the instrument main body 200. The other spring portion 230 on the opposite side is operated in the same manner, and the light source unit 100 is moved to the instrument main body. Can be attached to 200.
(3) In FIG. 15C, when the operator lifts the light source unit 100 upward (in the direction of the attached portion 500), the back surface of the arc-shaped portion 231 of the spring portion 230 is the edge of the opening of the connection opening 153. On the other hand, it slides by the restoring force (elastic force) of the spring.
(4) In FIG. 15D, the operator inserts the light source unit 100 into the instrument main body 200, whereby the mounting of the light source unit 100 on the instrument main body 200 is completed.

In the state of FIG. 15D, the connector 150 of the light source unit 100 is pulled by the elastic force of the spring portion 230 of the instrument body 200. When the connector 150 is pulled by the spring portion 230, the light source unit 100 abuts on a place of the instrument body 200 different from the one edge portion 211-1 and the other edge portion 215-1 (FIG. 12), Although it has the light source side contact part 170 which opposes the elastic force of the spring part 230, in this embodiment, the light source side contact part 170 is the 1st light source cover part 140-1. The place of the instrument main body 200 with which the first light source lid part 140-1 abuts is the first instrument lid part 220-1. The light source side contact portion 170 is also a second light source lid portion 140-2. The place of the instrument main body 200 with which the second light source lid part 140-2 abuts is the second instrument lid part 220-2. As shown in FIG. 5, when the second light source lid part 140-2 abuts against the second instrument lid part 220-2 and counters the elastic force of the spring part 230, the second light source lid part 140- 2 on the upper surface side of the light source lid 140-2a comes into contact with the light source receiving portion 223 of the second instrument lid portion 220-2. Similarly, when the first light source lid part 140-1 contacts the first instrument lid part 220-1 and counters the elastic force of the spring part 230, the upper surface side of the first light source lid part 140-1 The light source lid upper surface portion 140-1a (not shown) contacts the light source receiving portion 223 of the first instrument lid portion 220-1.

Further, in the state of FIG. 15D, the light source side contact portion 170 may be the connecting tool 150, and the place of the instrument main body 200 with which the connecting tool 150 contacts may be the spring base 240. In this case, the tip 152a (FIG. 7) of the connecting portion 152 in the connecting tool 150 contacts the contact region 242a (FIG. 13) of the spring receiving portion 242 in the spring base 240.

FIG. 15D shows a state where the mounting of the light source unit 100 to the instrument body 200 is completed. In this completed state, as can be seen from FIG. 12 and FIG. 4, the light emitting element substrate 110 has the substrate back surface 110 b which is the surface opposite to the mounting surface 110 a with the instrument body facing portion 213-1 (third plate shape portion 213). ) And one long side 110-1 (FIG. 4) along the substrate longitudinal direction 110c is closer to the instrument body facing portion 213-1 than the other long side 110-2 (FIG. 4) along the substrate longitudinal direction 110c. Located nearby. By being arranged in this way, the substrate back surface 110b is arranged so as to be inclined over the substrate longitudinal direction 110c with respect to the instrument main body facing portion 213-1. The spring portion 230 has a cross section in which the substrate longitudinal direction 110c of the vicinity arc-shaped portion 231A in contact with the connection opening 153 of the connector 150 is normal, and the substrate short direction 110d of the light emitting element substrate 110 is horizontal. It forms a horizontally long rectangle. That is, although the spring portion 230 is omitted in FIG. 12, the cross section of the near arc shape portion 231 </ b> A in FIG. 12 is a rectangle that has the same inclination as the connection opening 153 and is horizontally long in the Z direction.

(Removal work of the light source unit 100)
Note that the light source unit 100 may be removed from the instrument body 200 by following the procedure reverse to that for mounting.

<Connection of lighting fixture end lid and lighting fixture>
As shown in FIG. 1, the instrument main body 200 has a long shape to which the light source unit 100 is attached. In the instrument body 200, one light source unit end in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 100 is located at one instrument body end in the longitudinal direction, and the other in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 100 is located at the other instrument body end in the longitudinal direction. The light source unit 100 is attached so that the end of the light source unit is located. As shown in FIG. 17, the lighting fixture 1000 includes a first end lid portion 300-1 that is attached to one fixture body end portion and covers one light source unit end portion and one fixture body end portion. ing. FIG. 17 shows a case where the lighting fixtures are connected in triplicate in the longitudinal direction. There may be one luminaire, two stations in the longitudinal direction, or four or more stations in the longitudinal direction. When two or more luminaires are connected in the longitudinal direction, it is called a lighting system. In the case of a single lighting fixture, the end lid 300 may be attached only to one end, or the end lid 300 may be attached to both ends. In the case of the lighting system, the end lid 300 may be attached only to the end of the lighting fixture at one end, or the end lids 300-1 and 300-2 are attached to each end of the two-sided lighting fixture. May be.

As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the first end lid portion 300-1 includes an end lid body portion 310 that covers one light source unit end portion and one instrument body end portion, and an end lid body portion 310. Is inserted into a gap B (FIG. 12) between the attached portion and the third plate-shaped portion 213 which is formed on the side of the attached portion side of the end lid main body portion 310 and the end lid protruding portion 330 protruding from the end portion. And an end lid insertion portion 320. The instrument main body 200 has a first instrument lid 220-1 to which the first end lid 300-1 is attached. The first instrument lid 220-1 is attached to one end of the instrument body 200, and has a through-hole 221a into which the end lid projection 330 is inserted.

The end lid 300 is attached to the instrument body 200 by inserting the end lid protrusion 330 into the through hole 221 a of the instrument body 200. At this time, the end lid insertion portion 320 is inserted into the gap B (FIG. 12), thereby preventing the end lid portion 300 from rotating. Further, the end lid portion 300 is fixed to the instrument body 200 by tightening the convex receiving portion 331 (nut) into the end lid protruding portion 330 (formed with a male screw) inserted into the through hole 221a. The luminaire 1000 can be easily attached with the end lid 300 through the processes as described above, and the end lid 300 can control irradiation from the longitudinal end of the light source unit 100.

As described above, the lighting fixture 1000 or the lighting system may include the second end lid portion 300-2, but the second end lid portion 300-2 is the same as the first end lid portion 300-1. Therefore, explanation is omitted.

Further, when connecting a plurality of lighting fixtures 1000, the lighting fixtures 1000 are connected to each other by tightening them with bolts and nuts after arranging the adjacent lighting fixtures so that the through holes 221a communicate with each other. Is done. Moreover, the operation of moving the power supply wire is performed through the connecting wire hole 221b.

19 and 20 are different types of lighting fixtures from the wall washer type lighting fixture shown in FIG. The irradiation control of the end portion in the longitudinal direction by the end lid portion and the connection of the lighting fixtures using the fixture lid portion 220 are not limited to the wall washer type, and can be applied to other types of lighting fixtures. For example, the present invention can be applied to a truss-type lighting fixture with a shade as shown in FIGS. In FIG. 20, the end cover part which makes a ginkgo type or a fan shape is shown by a broken line.

*** Explanation of effects ***
(1) In the lighting fixture 1000, the light source unit 100 is placed at a location on the fixture body 200 different from the one edge portion 211-1 and the other edge portion 215-1 when the connector 150 is pulled by the spring portion 230. There is a light source side contact portion 170 that contacts and opposes the elastic force of the spring portion 230. Therefore, since the light source side contact portion 170 can reliably face the elastic force of the spring portion 230, it is possible to provide a luminaire that can stably attach the light source unit obliquely. Further, since the light source side contact portion 170 contacts the place of the instrument body 200 different from the one edge portion 211-1 and the other edge portion 215-1, the light source side contact portion 170 contacts the body portion 210. There is no need to provide a place. Therefore, the main body 210 can be manufactured from a single sheet metal with a small number of processes.
(2) In the lighting fixture 1000, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is bent along a folding line 214a, and is divided into an upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 and a lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2. Therefore, the bending angle φ between the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 and the fifth plate-shaped portion 215 can be set to an angle suitable for bending.
(3) In the lighting apparatus 1000, the spring portion 230 has a cross section whose normal line is the substrate longitudinal direction 110 c of the arc-shaped portion 231 </ b> A in the vicinity of the connection opening 153 of the connection tool 150. It forms a horizontally long rectangle with the substrate short direction 110d as the horizontal direction. Therefore, even when the light source unit 100 is obliquely attached to the instrument main body 200 as shown in FIG. 12, the rigidity of the spring portion 230 can be maintained, so that the light source unit 100 can be reliably attached to the instrument main body 200.
(4) In the lighting fixture 1000 or the lighting system 1000A, since the end lid portion is used, the irradiation light at the end portion in the longitudinal direction can be controlled.
(5) In the lighting system 1000A, since the lighting fixtures 220 are connected to each other, the lighting fixtures can be firmly connected with a simple configuration.
(6) The fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is composed of two sides, the upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 near the mounted portion 500, and the fifth plate shape far from the mounted portion 500. It is divided into a lower fourth plate-shaped part 214-2 adjacent to the part 215. As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 11, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is bent at a fold line 214a along the longitudinal direction so as to protrude outward from the hollow shape, but the bent upper side is the upper fourth plate. The shape portion 214-1 and the lower side is the lower fourth plate shape portion 214-2.
(A) Suppose that it is desired to secure the light shielding angle θ. The light blocking angle θ is an angle θ at which the light source unit 100 is blocked when a person looks up at the lighting fixture 1000 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 12, the straight line L2 represents a horizontal line, and the straight line L1 represents the light shielding angle θ.
(B) In the case of FIG. 12, in addition to the light blocking angle θ, it is desirable to provide a space S for ease of grasping when the operator grasps the cover portion 130. If the intersection A of the fifth plate-shaped portion 215 is not on the straight line L1 or below the straight line L1, the light shielding angle θ cannot be satisfied.
(C) Further, it is assumed that the height H of the lighting fixture is further requested from the request for downsizing of the lighting fixture 1000. In order to satisfy the light shielding angle θ, the space S, and the height H, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 may be a flat shape that connects the point P and the intersection point A. With this shape, the light shielding angle θ can be satisfied, the space S can be secured, and the dimension H can be satisfied.
(2) Further, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is bent at a fold line 214a to be divided into an upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 and a lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2, whereby the fifth plate The bending angle φ between the shape portion 215 and the lower fourth plate shape portion 214-2 can be moderated.

The end lid part 300 may be formed of a metal material or a resin member. Further, when formed of a resin material, the end cover convex portion may be fitted into the through hole 221a.
