(C) shows a state in which the spring portion 230 slides with respect to the connection opening portion 153 of the connection tool 150.
(D) shows a state in which the light source unit 100 is attached to the instrument body 200.

(1) In FIG. 15A, the spring portion 230 is attached to the instrument body 200, and the light source unit 100 is not attached to the instrument body 200.
(2) In FIG. 15B, an operator hooks the tip end K of the spring portion 230 on the edge of the opening of the connecting opening 153 of the connecting tool 150 to suspend the light source unit 100 on the instrument body 200. Shows the state. As shown in FIG. 12, two spring portions 230 of the spring portion 230 are arranged at both ends of the instrument body 200, and the other spring portion 230 on the opposite side is also operated in the same manner to move the light source unit 100 to the instrument body. Can be installed on the 200.
(3) In FIG. 15C, when the worker lifts the light source unit 100 upward (in the direction of the attached portion 500), the back surface of the arc-shaped portion 231 of the spring portion 230 is the edge of the opening of the connection opening portion 153. On the other hand, it slides due to the restoring force (elastic force) of the spring.
(4) In FIG. 15D, the worker inserts the light source unit 100 into the instrument body 200, whereby the attachment of the light source unit 100 to the instrument body 200 is completed.

In the state of FIG. 15D, the connector 150 of the light source unit 100 is pulled by the elastic force of the spring portion 230 of the device body 200. When the connector 150 is pulled by the spring portion 230, the light source unit 100 is brought into contact with a portion of the device main body 200 different from the one edge portion 211-1 and the other edge portion 215-1 (FIG. 12), Although the light source side contact portion 170 that opposes the elastic force of the spring portion 230 is provided, in this embodiment, the light source side contact portion 170 is the first light source lid portion 140-1. The part of the instrument main body 200 with which the first light source lid part 140-1 abuts is the first instrument lid part 220-1. The light source side contact portion 170 is also the second light source cover portion 140-2. The part of the instrument main body 200 with which the second light source cover 140-2 abuts is the second instrument cover 220-2. As shown in FIG. 5, when the second light source cover 140-2 contacts the second device cover 220-2 and opposes the elastic force of the spring part 230, the second light source cover 140- The light source lid upper surface portion 140-2a on the upper surface side of 2 abuts on the light source receiving portion 223 of the second device lid portion 220-2. Similarly, when the first light source cover 140-1 contacts the first device cover 220-1 and opposes the elastic force of the spring 230, the upper surface side of the first light source cover 140-1 The light source lid upper surface portion 140-1a (not shown) comes into contact with the light source receiving portion 223 of the first instrument lid portion 220-1.

Further, in the state of FIG. 15D, the light source side contact portion 170 may be the connector 150, and the part of the instrument body 200 with which the connector 150 contacts may be the spring pedestal 240. In this case, the tip 152a (FIG. 7) of the connecting portion 152 of the connecting tool 150 contacts the contact area 242a (FIG. 13) of the spring receiving portion 242 of the spring pedestal 240.

FIG. 15D shows a state in which the light source unit 100 is completely attached to the instrument body 200. In this completed state, as can be seen from FIG. 12 and FIG. 4, in the light emitting element substrate 110, the substrate back surface 110b, which is the surface opposite to the mounting surface 110a, is the device body facing portion 213-1 (the third plate-shaped portion 213). ), And one long side 110-1 (FIG. 4) along the substrate longitudinal direction 110c of the instrument body facing portion 213-1 is longer than the other long side 110-2 (FIG. 4) along the substrate longitudinal direction 110c. It will be located nearby. By being arranged in this manner, the back surface 110b of the substrate is arranged so as to be oblique with respect to the instrument body facing portion 213-1 in the substrate longitudinal direction 110c. The spring portion 230 has a cross section whose normal is the substrate longitudinal direction 110c of the neighboring arc-shaped portion 231A which is in contact with the coupling opening 153 of the coupling tool 150, and whose transverse direction is the substrate lateral direction 110d of the light emitting element substrate 110. And make a horizontally long rectangle. That is, although the spring portion 230 is omitted in FIG. 12, the cross section of the near-circular arc-shaped portion 231A in FIG. 12 is a rectangle having the same inclination as the connecting opening portion 153 and being horizontally long in the Z direction.

(Removal work of the light source unit 100)
The light source unit 100 may be detached from the instrument body 200 by following the procedure opposite to that for mounting.

<End cover of lighting equipment and connection of lighting equipment>
As shown in FIG. 1, the instrument main body 200 has an elongated shape to which the light source unit 100 is attached. In the instrument body 200, one light source unit end in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 100 is located at one instrument body end in the longitudinal direction, and the other instrument body end in the longitudinal direction is the other in the longitudinal direction of the light source unit 100. The light source unit 100 is attached so that the end of the light source unit is located. As shown in FIG. 17, the lighting fixture 1000 includes a first end lid part 300-1 attached to one end of the main body of the fixture to cover one end of the light source unit and one end of the main body of the fixture. ing. FIG. 17 shows a case where the lighting fixtures are connected in three rows in the longitudinal direction. The number of lighting fixtures may be one, two in the longitudinal direction, or four or more in the longitudinal direction. When two or more luminaires are connected in the longitudinal direction, it is called a lighting system. In the case of one luminaire, the end lid portion 300 may be attached to only one end portion, or the end lid portion 300 may be attached to both end portions. In the case of the lighting system, the end lid portion 300 may be attached only to one end of the lighting equipment, or the end lid portions 300-1 and 300-2 may be attached to each end of the lighting equipment of both ends. May be.

As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the first end cover part 300-1 includes an end cover body part 310 that covers one light source unit end part and one instrument body end part, and an end cover body part 310. It is inserted into a gap B (FIG. 12) formed between the attached portion and the third plate-shaped portion 213, which is formed on the side of the attached portion side of the end lid main body portion 310 and the end lid protruding portion 330 protruding from the end lid protruding portion 330. It has the end lid insertion part 320. The instrument body 200 has a first instrument lid 220-1 to which the first end lid 300-1 is attached. The first instrument lid 220-1 is attached to one end of the instrument body 200 and has a through hole 221a into which the end lid protrusion 330 is inserted.

To attach the end lid portion 300 to the instrument body 200, the end lid protrusion portion 330 is inserted into the through hole 221a of the instrument body 200. At this time, the end lid inserting portion 320 is inserted into the gap B (FIG. 12) to prevent the end lid portion 300 from rotating. Further, the end cover part 300 is fixed to the instrument main body 200 by tightening the convex receiving part 331 (nut) into the end cover protruding part 330 (male screw is formed) inserted into the through hole 221a. In the luminaire 1000, the end cover 300 can be easily attached through the above-described steps, and the end cover 300 can control irradiation from the longitudinal end of the light source unit 100.

The light source unit 100 is attached so that the end of the light source unit is located. The instrument main body 200 includes a first instrument lid 220-1 having a through hole 221a formed therein and attached to one instrument body end portion, and a second instrument lid portion 220-1 having a through hole 221a formed therein and attached to the other instrument body end portion. Device lid 220-2.
The first end cover 300-1 is attached to one end of the appliance body and covers one end of the light source unit and one end of the appliance body.
The second lighting fixture 1000-2 includes a long light source unit 100 and a fixture main body 200.
The instrument main body 200 has an elongated shape to which the light source unit 100 is attached. The instrument main body 200 has a first instrument lid 220-1 formed with a through hole 221a and attached to one end of the instrument main body.

The first lighting fixture 1000-1 and the second lighting fixture 1000-2 are continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction. The through hole 221a of the second fixture lid 220-2 of the first lighting fixture 1000-1 communicates with the through hole 221a of the first fixture lid 220-1 of the second lighting fixture 1000-2. Then, a fastener such as a bolt is inserted into the through-hole 221a of the first instrument lid 220-1 and the through-hole 221a of the second instrument lid 220-2, and the first instrument lid 220-1 is inserted. And the second device lid portion 220-2 are fastened with bolts and nuts. As a result, there is no boundary between the first and second luminaires, and it is possible to produce continuity of light, and since the end lids are attached to both ends arranged continuously, the light source can be directly supplied from the end side. You can block light without seeing.

19 and 20 show a lighting device of a type different from the wall washer type lighting device shown in FIG. 1 and the like. The irradiation control of the end portion in the longitudinal direction by the end lid portion and the connection of the lighting fixtures using the fixture lid portion 220 are not limited to the wall washer type, and can be applied to other types of lighting fixtures. For example, the present invention can be applied and developed to a truss type lighting fixture with a shade and a truss type lighting fixture as shown in FIGS. In FIG. 20, the end cover portion having a ginkgo shape or a fan shape is shown by a broken line.

*** Explanation of effects ***
(1) In the lighting fixture 1000, the light source unit 100 is located at a position of the fixture main body 200 different from the one edge 211-1 and the other edge 215-1 when the connector 150 is pulled by the spring portion 230. It has a light source side contact portion 170 that abuts against the elastic force of the spring portion 230. Therefore, the light source side contact portion 170 can reliably face the elastic force of the spring portion 230, so that it is possible to provide a lighting fixture in which the light source unit can be stably and obliquely attached. Further, since the light source side contact part 170 contacts the part of the instrument main body 200 different from the one edge part 211-1 and the other edge part 215-1, it contacts the main body part 210 with the light source side contact part 170. Eliminates the need for locations. Therefore, the main body 210 can be manufactured from a single sheet metal by a small number of bending processes.
(2) In the lighting device 1000, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is bent along the bending line 214a to be divided into an upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 and a lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2. Therefore, the bending angle φ between the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 and the fifth plate-shaped portion 215 can be set to an angle suitable for bending.
(3) In the lighting device 1000, the spring portion 230 has a cross section of the vicinity arcuate portion 231 </ b> A in contact with the connection opening 153 of the connection tool 150 with the substrate longitudinal direction 110 c as a normal line of the light emitting element substrate 110. A horizontally long rectangle having the lateral direction in the substrate lateral direction 110d is formed. Therefore, even when the light source unit 100 is obliquely attached to the instrument body 200 as shown in FIG. 12, the rigidity of the spring portion 230 can be maintained, so that the light source unit 100 can be reliably attached to the instrument body 200.
(4) Since the luminaire 1000 or the illuminating system 1000A uses the end lid portion, it is possible to control the irradiation light at the end portion in the longitudinal direction.
(5) In the lighting system 1000A, since the lighting fixtures are connected to each other using the fixture lid 220, the lighting fixtures can be firmly connected to each other with a simple configuration.
(6) The fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is composed of two sides, and the upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 near the mounted portion 500 and the fifth plate-shaped portion far from the mounted portion 500. It is divided into a lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2 adjacent to the portion 215. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 11, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 is bent at a bending line 214a along the longitudinal direction to be convex outside the hollow shape, but the bent upper side is the upper fourth plate. It is the shape part 214-1, and the lower side is the lower fourth plate shape part 214-2.
(B) Suppose that the light shielding angle θ is desired to be secured. As shown in FIG. 12, the light shielding angle θ is an angle θ at which the light source unit 100 is shielded when a person looks up at the lighting fixture 1000. In FIG. 12, the straight line L2 represents the horizontal line, and the straight line L1 represents the light shielding angle θ.
(B) In the case of FIG. 12, in addition to the light-shielding angle θ, a space S is desired to be provided for easy gripping when the operator grips the cover 130. The light shielding angle θ cannot be satisfied unless the intersection A of the fifth plate-shaped portion 215 is on the straight line L1 or below the straight line L1.
(C) Further, it is assumed that the height H of the lighting fixture is further required due to the demand for downsizing the size of the lighting fixture 1000. In order to satisfy the light blocking angle θ, the space S, and the height H, the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 may have a flat shape that connects the point P and the intersection point A. With this shape, the light shielding angle θ can be satisfied, the space S can be secured, and the dimension H can be satisfied.
(2) Further, by bending the fourth plate-shaped portion 214 along the bending line 214a to divide it into an upper fourth plate-shaped portion 214-1 and a lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2, a fifth plate is obtained. The bending angle φ between the shape portion 215 and the lower fourth plate-shaped portion 214-2 can be made gentle.
