Claims (10)
- 一体型の連結した大腿ステムコーンと、大腿骨頚部と、ステムとを含み、前記大腿骨頚部の上端面にツール操作孔が設置されており、前記ステムは、大腿ステム近位部、大腿ステム中位部および大腿ステム遠位部を含み、前記大腿骨頚部とステムの間に偏角を備えることを特徴とするαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿骨頚部とステムの間の偏角角度は0°〜35°または145°〜180°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿骨頚部とステムの間の偏角角度は0°または15°または35°であり、偏角方向は左向きもしくは右向きであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記ステムの中心線と大腿骨頚部中心線の間に120°〜140°の夾角をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記ステムの中心線と大腿骨頚部中心線の間に130°の夾角をなすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿ステム遠位部は高研磨仕上げの弾丸構造であることを特徴とする請求項1から5に記載のいずれかのαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿ステム遠位部の高さは14−22mmであり、大腿ステム遠位部の最大横断面直径は7−13mmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿骨頚部の横断面は楕円形であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿ステム近位部と大腿ステム中位部の横断面はくさび形であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
- 前記大腿ステム近位部の外表面に微細溝を設置しており、微細溝幅は1.0−1.1mmであり、深さは0.4−0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のαタイプの人工大腿ステムプロテーゼ。
