The present invention provides a crack repairing jig and a crack repairing method that are effective for cracks occurring in steel structures and the like.

One aspect of the present invention is a crack repair jig used for inserting a repair member in a direction intersecting a crack generated in a metal corner portion of a structure.
This jig for repairing a crack connects a pair of contact surfaces, which are in contact with two surfaces sandwiching the top of the metal corner portion, and a set of contact surfaces, and a pair of contact surfaces are in contact with the two surfaces, respectively. A spacing surface spaced apart from the top in contact, and at least one drill guide hole for guiding the drill to form an opening through which the repair member is inserted into the metal corner in contact. Have

By using this crack repairing jig, a pair of contact surfaces of the crack repairing jig are in contact with the two surfaces sandwiching the top of the metal corner without interfering with the top of the metal corner, Since the opening is formed by a drill in a stable state, the opening for inserting the repair member into the metal corner can be easily and accurately formed.

In this crack repairing jig, the at least one drill guide hole may be a drill guide hole penetrating at least one of the set of contact surfaces. Thereby, since the opening part for inserting a repair member can be largely formed, without enlarging a crack repair jig | tool, the intensity | strength of crack repair can be improved with a large repair member.

In this crack repairing jig, the internal angle formed by the pair of contact surfaces may be less than 180 degrees. In this case, the separation surface can be made into a simple shape, which leads to a reduction in manufacturing cost of the crack repair jig.

In this crack repairing jig, each of the set of contact surfaces can be a flat surface. This facilitates processing of a set of contact surfaces, leading to a reduction in the manufacturing cost of the crack repair jig.

Another aspect of the present invention is a crack repair method in which a repair member is inserted in a direction intersecting with a crack generated in a metal corner portion of a structure using a crack repair jig.
The jig for repairing a crack connects a pair of contact surfaces that are in contact with the two surfaces sandwiching the top of the metal corner portion, and a contact that connects the pair of contact surfaces and makes the pair of contact surfaces contact each other. A separation surface that is spaced apart from the top in the state, and at least one drill guide hole that guides the drill to form an opening through which the repair member is inserted into the metal corner in the contact state. Including
The crack repairing method includes a step of installing a crack repairing jig so that a set of contact surfaces are in contact with two surfaces, and an opening portion by drilling through at least one drill guide hole after the step of installing Forming the step.

In this crack repair method, a pair of contact surfaces of the crack repair jig are in contact with the two surfaces sandwiching the top of the metal corner portion without interfering with the top of the metal corner portion, and the opening is made in a stable state. Since the portion is formed by a drill, an opening for inserting the repair member into the metal corner can be easily and accurately formed.

In this crack repairing method, the crack may be along the direction in which the top portion extends. In this case, in order to insert the repair member in a direction intersecting with the crack, it is necessary to drill the tip of the drill obliquely with respect to the two surfaces sandwiching the top of the metal corner portion. Since the tip of the drill is guided so as not to escape, an opening for inserting the repair member into the metal corner can be accurately formed.

In this crack repairing method, the angle between the two surfaces sandwiching the top may be less than 180 degrees. In this case, the separation surface can be made into a simple shape, which leads to a reduction in manufacturing cost of the crack repair jig.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a crack repairing jig and a crack repairing method that are effective for repairing a crack generated in a metal corner portion of a structure.

FIG. 1 shows a crack repairing jig 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 shows a crack repairing method using the crack repairing jig 10, and FIG. 3 shows a repairing member 20 used in the crack repairing method of FIG. Further, FIG. 5 conceptually shows a state where the crack repairing jig 10 is installed in the metal corner portion 31.

In this embodiment, the crack repairing jig 10 inserts the repairing member 20 in a direction intersecting with the crack 32 generated in the metal corner portion 31 of the structure 30 as shown in FIG. A pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b that are in contact with the two surfaces 31b and 31c sandwiching the top 31a of the metal corner 31 and the set of contact surfaces 11a and 11b and a set of contacts. In the contact state where the surfaces 11a and 11b are in contact with the two surfaces 31b and 31c, respectively, the separation surface 12 which is spaced apart from the top portion 31a and the repair member 20 is inserted into the metal corner portion 31 in this contact state. In order to form the opening 33 by a drill (not shown), five drill guide holes 13 for guiding the drill are provided in a straight line.

In this embodiment, the angle at which the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner portion 31 sandwich the top portion 31a is 110 degrees, and the inner angle formed by the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b of the crack repairing jig 10 according to this angle. The angle θ (see FIG. 5) is also 110 degrees. Further, in this embodiment, each of the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner portion 31 is a flat surface, and each of the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b of the crack repairing jig 10 is also a flat surface in accordance with this. . Accordingly, the pair of contact surfaces 11 a and 11 b of the crack repairing jig 10 can be brought into surface contact with the two surfaces 31 b and 31 c of the metal corner portion 31. In addition, when the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner portion 31 are curved surfaces, the contact surfaces 11a and 11b of the pair of crack repairing jigs 10 may be curved to make them contact with each other. it can.

As clearly shown in FIG. 1, in this crack repairing jig 10, five drill guide holes 13 are continuously arranged in a straight line, and two of these five drill guide holes 13 are arranged at two ends. Each of the drill guide holes 13 passes through a pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b.

Next, a crack repairing method using the crack repairing jig 10 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, for repairing a crack, the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b of the crack repairing jig 10 are in contact with the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner portion 31, respectively. The jig 10 is installed. In this embodiment, since the crack 32 is along the direction in which the top portion 31 a of the metal corner portion 31 extends, the crack repairing jig 10 has five drill guide holes 13 arranged in a direction intersecting the crack 32. Install in. Thus, in the contact state in which the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b of the crack repairing jig 10 are in contact with the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner portion 31, as clearly shown in FIG. The separation surface 12 that connects the pair of contact surfaces 11 a and 11 b is disposed away from the top portion 31 a of the metal corner portion 31 and does not interfere with the top portion 31 a of the metal corner portion 31.

Subsequently, while maintaining this contact state, an opening 33 (see FIG. 2B) is formed by a drill (not shown) through the five drill guide holes 13, and the repair member 20 is inserted into the opening 33. (See FIG. 2C). Thereby, the repair member 20 is inserted in a direction intersecting with the crack 32 generated in the metal corner portion 31. Then, if necessary, the base end side of the repair member 20 is ground and removed along the metal corner portion 31 (see FIG. 2D).

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the repair member 20 is short at both ends and gradually has a sharp shape toward the center. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the center is sharpened. Or they may all be the same length.

By using the crack repairing jig 10 in this way, the crack repairing jig 10 is formed on the two surfaces 31b and 31c sandwiching the top 31a of the metal corner 31 without interfering with the top 31a of the metal corner 31. Since a pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b are in contact with each other and the opening 33 is formed by a drill in a stable state, the opening 33 for inserting the repair member 20 into the metal corner portion 31 can be easily and accurately formed. Can be formed.

Further, in this embodiment, the crack 32 is along the direction in which the top portion 31 a extends, and in this case, the top portion 31 a of the metal corner portion 31 is sandwiched 2 in order to insert the repair member 20 in a direction intersecting the crack 32. It is necessary to drill the tip of the drill at an angle with respect to the surfaces 31b and 31c. However, since the tip of the drill is guided by the drill guide hole 13 so as not to escape, the repair member 20 is attached to the metal corner portion 31. The opening 33 for inserting can be accurately formed.

Note that the crack 32 may be in a direction intersecting with the direction in which the apex 31a extends as shown in FIG. Even in this case, the drill guide hole 13 of the crack repairing jig 10 is arranged in a direction intersecting the crack 32.

Further, in the crack repairing jig 10 of this embodiment, the two drill guide holes 13 at both ends are respectively drill guide holes penetrating the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b, so that the crack repairing jig 10 is made larger. Without doing so, the opening 33 for inserting the repair member 20 can be formed large, so that the strength of crack repair can be increased by the large repair member 20.

In addition, since each of the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b is flat in the crack repairing jig 10 of this embodiment, the processing of the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b is facilitated, and the crack repairing jig 10 This leads to a reduction in manufacturing costs.

Further, in the crack repairing jig 10 of this embodiment, since the inner angle θ formed by the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b is less than 180 degrees, the separation surface 12 is formed in a simple shape as shown in FIG. This leads to a reduction in the manufacturing cost of the crack repairing jig 10.

Note that the angle between the two surfaces 31b and 31c of the metal corner 31 and the top 31a and the inner angle θ formed by the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b may be greater than 180 degrees. However, in this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the separation surface 12 has a concave shape, which is more complicated than the separation surface 12 shown in FIG. 5.

In the above embodiment, the five drill guide holes 13 are continuously arranged in a straight line, but the number, size, arrangement of the drill guide holes 13, and at least one of the pair of contact surfaces 11a and 11b are penetrated. Whether or not is appropriately changed according to the shape of the opening 33 to be formed.
