Claims (12)
- 多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置であって、
前記複合式トレーニング装置は、複数の運動モードを有し、ユーザが異なる運動モードに切り替える際、人力の大きさにより運動ユニットのペダルの動きにより発生される運動軌跡を調整しなくとも、前記トレーニング装置に設けたコントロールパネルにより指令を下すだけで前記運動ユニットが変位し、異なる運動モードに切り替わり、ユーザは、所望の運動形態を自由に選択し、前記複合式トレーニング装置に設置された前記ペダルを漕ぐと、前記ペダルの動きにより発生された閉じた旋回運動軌跡により、足部のペダリング動作により発生する運動軌跡が人体工学的に好ましくなるため、運動傷害を防ぎ得ることを特徴とする多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。 - 水平な地面上に載置したベースフレームと、前記ベースフレームに設けた伝動装置と、をさらに備え、

前記スイングアームの前記下枢着ベースの回動軸点及び前記下横杆末端の前記ペダルは、前記中横杆の前記枢着ベース上の固定軸点で延びた前記バーチャル縦軸線の両側辺にそれぞれ位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。 - ユーザが前記コントロールパネル上のStepperキーを押下すると、前記中空スイングアーム内の前記昇降装置の回動軸点が、軸方向位置の最低点に自動的に調整され、前記ペダルの動きにより発生する運動軌跡がチルトアップして歩幅が小さい閉じた旋回運動軌跡となり、運動形態はステッパー運動形態であり、運動軌跡の縦軸軌跡長さを調整する場合、微調整キーを押下して前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点を移動調整し、
ユーザが前記コントロールパネル上の前記Bikeキーを押下すると、前記ペダルの作動で発生する運動軌跡の横軸軌跡長さと縦軸軌跡長さとが異なる閉じた旋回運動軌跡となり、運動形態はサイクリング運動形態であり、閉じた旋回運動軌跡の横軸軌跡長さ及び縦軸軌跡長さを調整する場合、前記微調整キーを押下すると、前記中空スイングアーム内の前記昇降装置の回動軸点及び前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点を移動調整し、
ユーザが前記コントロールパネルの前記Ellipticalキーを押下すると、前記中空スイングアーム内の前記昇降装置の回動軸点が軸方向位置の最高点に自動的に調整され、前記ペダルの動きにより発生する運動軌跡は歩幅が大きくて負荷及び強度が最大である閉じた旋回運動軌跡となり、運動形態がエリプティカル・トレーナー運動形態であり、運動軌跡の縦軸軌跡長さを調整する場合、前記微調整キーを押下して前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点を移動調整することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。 - 前記運動ユニットの前記下横杆は、一端が前記中空スイングアームの下端に枢着され、他端が前記ペダルに設けられ、前記下横杆の略中央部には、前記スイングアームの下端が枢着されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。
- 前記昇降装置の回動軸点(B)の相対位置と前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点(G)の相対位置とは、2つの回動軸点(B)+(G)の関連位置により異なる運動軌跡(Y)が形成され(即ち、B+G→Y)、ここで「+」とは回動軸点(B)及び回動軸点(G)の関連位置が発生させる軌跡形態を表し、閉じた旋回運動軌跡間の横軸軌跡の最大長さと縦軸軌跡の最大長さとが異なることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。
- 前記昇降装置は、前記リードスクリューにより前記昇降杆を変位させ、回動軸点(B)を無段式で直線移動させ、前記クランクロッドは、他のリードスクリューにより前記昇降ブロックを変位させ、回動軸点(G)を無段式に直線移動させ、前記昇降装置の回動軸点(B)の移動軸方向位置を(B1)、(B2)、(B3)、(B4)、(B5)に分け、
軸方向位置(B1)と軸方向位置(B2)との間の一点を(Bx)に設定し、前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点(G)の移動位置が、(G1)、(G2)、(G3)に分けられ、移動位置(G1)と移動位置(G2)との間の一点を(Gx)に設定し、Bikeモードにおいて、B2+G1→Y51;Bx+Gx→Y52;Bx+G2→Y53であり、回動軸点(B)の相対位置は、(B1)及び(B2)の範囲に位置するとともに、回動軸点(G)の相対位置は、(G1)及び(G2)の範囲に位置し、その回動軸点(B)及び回動軸点(G)の関連位置は、異なる閉じた旋回運動軌跡(Y5)を形成し、Ellipticalモードにおいて、B5+G3→Y1;B5+G1→Y2;B3+G3→Y6;B3+G1→Y7であり、回動軸点(B)の相対位置は、(B3)及び(B5)の範囲に位置するとともに、回動軸点(G)の相対位置は(G1)及び(G3)の範囲に位置し、回動軸点(B)及び回動軸点(G)の関連位置は、異なる閉じた旋回運動軌跡(Y)を形成し、Stepperモードにおいて、B1+G3→Y3;B1+G1→Y4であり、回動軸点(B)の相対位置は(B1)に位置するとともに、回動軸点(G)の相対位置は(G1)及び(G3)の範囲に位置し、回動軸点(B)及び回動軸点(G)の関連位置は、異なる閉じた旋回運動軌跡(Y)を形成し、(Y51)、(Y52)、(Y53)、(Y1)、(Y2)、(Y3)、(Y4)、(Y6)、(Y7)の閉じた旋回運動軌跡の形成は、前記昇降装置の回動軸点(B)及び前記クランクロッドの前記枢着ピンの回動軸点(G)の共同関係が異なる運動軌跡(Y)に形成され、閉じた旋回運動軌跡の間の横軸軌跡の最大長さ及び縦軸軌跡の最大長さがそれぞれ異なるため、(Y51)、(Y52)、(Y53)、(Y1)、(Y2)、(Y3)、(Y4)、(Y6)、(Y7)の閉じた旋回運動軌跡は完全に異なり、多種類の態様の運動軌跡を形成し得ることを特徴とする請求項6又は11に記載の多種類の運動形態を有する複合式トレーニング装置。
