Claims (15)
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料層(3)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)において、前記装置(1)の少なくとも1つの可動部品(5)の位置及び/又は移動距離を決定する直接測定ユニット(4)が設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記直接測定ユニット(4)を前記部品(5)と連結するように構成された少なくとも1つの連結手段(7)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記連結手段(7)が、第1の運動方向及び/又は第1の軸(11)に沿って誘導される前記可動部品(5)の動きを、第2の運動方向及び/又は第2の軸(12)に沿った前記直接測定手段の動きに方向変換するように構成された方向変換手段(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの連結手段(7)が、引張り手段及び/又は押込み手段であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの連結手段(7)が、可撓性材料及び/又は低伸び率材料から構築されるか、又はそのような材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの連結手段(7)が、ロープ及び/又はワイヤ及び/又はチェーン及び/又は棒材及び/又はばね及び/又は空気圧要素(15)及び/又は油圧要素であるか、又はそれやそれらを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記方向変換手段(10)が、前記連結手段(7)を案内及び/又は方向変換する方向変換ロールとして構築されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記連結手段(7)に予圧がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- ばね(14)及び/又は空気圧及び/又は油圧及び/又は補助的な重り(17)を介して前記連結手段(7)に予圧がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記直接測定ユニット(4)が、前記可動部品(5)の運動方向とは異なる方向及び/又は軸に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの直接測定手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記可動部品(5)が、少なくとも1つの伸縮式のスピンドル(13)を介して駆動されるか又は駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの周囲パラメータ、特に温度及び/又は湿度を決定するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサを有し、制御ユニットが、前記決定された周囲パラメータに応じて前記連結手段(7)の前記予圧を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記直接測定ユニット(4)が、光学測定ユニットであるか、又はそれを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記直接測定手段が、ガラススケール(6)であるか、又はそれを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記可動部品(5)が、搬送ユニットの部品、特に造形プレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
