Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射および固化することによって3次元の物体を付加製造するための装置(1)であって、少なくとも1つのプロセスチャンバ(2)を備える装置において、前記プロセスチャンバ(2)が、少なくとも2つのチャンバ区画(3、4)を備え、少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)が、少なくとも1つの他のチャンバ区画(3、4)に接して据え付けられ、別個に取外し可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)が、少なくとも2つの小区画(6、7)に分離可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ区画(3、4)が、前記プロセスチャンバ(2)を区切る壁および/または底板(5)および/またはカバーの少なくとも一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの別個に取外し可能なチャンバ区画(3、4)に割り当てられた少なくとも1つの接続部(10)および/または少なくとも1つの接合部が、前記チャンバ区画(3、4)から取外し可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)が、ポートおよび/またはシールおよび/またはロックおよび/または引込み用の面取りを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)が、前記少なくとも1つの他のチャンバ区画(3、4)に接して抜取り可能に据え付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)を取り外された状態で支持するように構成された少なくとも1つの切離しユニット(8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記切離しユニット(8)が、少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)上に据え付けられた少なくとも1つのレール(9)を備え、前記チャンバ区画(3、4)が、前記取り外された状態で前記レール(9)に沿って可動であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセスチャンバ(2)が、3つのチャンバ区画(3、4)を備え、
第1のチャンバ区画(3、4)が、底板(5)の第1の区画ならびに/または前記第2および/もしくは第3の区画から取外し可能であり、
第2のチャンバ区画(3、4)が、底板(5)の第2の区画または前記第1および/もしくは第3のチャンバ区画(3、4)から取外し可能であり、切離しユニット(8)の少なくとも1つのレール(9)に沿って可動であり、
第3の区画が、前記プロセスチャンバ(2)に取り外しできないように固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)を少なくとも2つ有する工場において、少なくとも1つのチャンバ区画(3、4)が、前記2つの装置(1)間で交換可能であることを特徴とする工場。
