Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrolyzed water generating apparatus that electrolyzes water to generate electrolyzed hydrogen water.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an electrolyzed water generating apparatus that electrolyzes water in an electrolysis chamber and discharges electrolyzed hydrogen water obtained on the cathode side from a water outlet through a water discharge channel is known. In
In general, the dissolved hydrogen concentration correlates with the amount of water supplied to the electrolysis chamber and the current supplied to the power feeder. Therefore, in the conventional electrolyzed water generating apparatus, a flow rate sensor for detecting the amount of water supplied to the electrolysis chamber and a current detection means for detecting the current supplied to the power supply body are provided, and based on the detected water amount and current. Thus, the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water generated in the electrolysis chamber is calculated.
However, in the electrolyzed water generating device, when the electrolyzed hydrogen water passes through the water discharge channel on the downstream side of the electrolysis chamber, the dissolved hydrogen concentration is lowered by receiving a physical impact. For this reason, there is a possibility that a difference occurs between the dissolved hydrogen concentration calculated based on the amount of water and the current and the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water that is actually discharged from the water outlet.
The present invention has been devised in view of the actual situation as described above, and has as its main object to provide an electrolyzed water generating apparatus capable of accurately calculating the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolyzed hydrogen water actually discharged from the water outlet. .
In the present invention, water is electrolyzed in an electrolysis chamber in which first and second power feeding bodies having different polarities are arranged, and electrolyzed hydrogen water obtained on the cathode side is discharged from a water outlet through a water outlet. An electrolyzed water generating device that detects current supplied to the first power supply and the second power supply, and a flow rate sensor that detects the amount of water supplied to the electrolysis chamber per unit time. The dissolved concentration calculation means for calculating the dissolved concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the electrolytic hydrogen water based on the current and the amount of water, and according to the parameters relating to the shape of the outlet channel from the electrolysis chamber to the water outlet, And a dissolved concentration correcting means for correcting the dissolved concentration.
In the electrolyzed water generating apparatus according to the present invention, it is preferable that the parameter includes a length of the water discharge channel.
In the electrolyzed water generating apparatus according to the present invention, it is preferable that the parameter includes a curvature along a route of the water discharge channel.
In the electrolyzed water generating apparatus of the present invention, the dissolved concentration calculating means calculates the dissolved concentration of hydrogen dissolved in the electrolytic hydrogen water based on the current detected by the current detecting means and the amount of water detected by the flow sensor. Further, the dissolved concentration correcting means corrects the dissolved concentration according to a parameter relating to the shape of the water discharge channel from the electrolysis chamber to the water outlet. Thereby, the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water actually discharged from the water outlet can be accurately calculated.

The control means 6 includes, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) that executes various arithmetic processes and information processing, a program that controls the operation of the CPU, and a memory that stores various information. Various functions of the control means 6 are realized by a CPU, a memory, and a program. The
Current detection means 45 is provided on the
The control means 6 determines an electrolysis current necessary for generating electrolyzed water having a desired dissolved concentration based on an electric signal corresponding to the amount of water input from the
The control means 6 controls the operation of the flow
For example, when the electrolyzed water generated in the
The control means 6 further has functions as a dissolved concentration calculating means 61 for calculating the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water and a dissolved concentration correcting means 62 for correcting the dissolved hydrogen concentration.
The amount of hydrogen gas generated in the
Therefore, the
By the way, when the electrolytic hydrogen water generated in the
The physical impact received by the electrolytic hydrogen water is that the molecules constituting the electrolytic hydrogen water collide with the inner walls of the
For example, when the 1st
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the control means 6 corrects the dissolved concentration according to the parameters relating to the shapes of the first
Information on the dissolved concentration calculated and further corrected by the control means 6 is displayed by the display means 8 during or after discharge of the electrolytic hydrogen water, for example. Thus, the user can sequentially check the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water that is actually discharged from the
FIG. 3 shows processing of the control means 6 when electrolytic hydrogen water is generated and discharged from the
And the control means 6 determines the target value of the electrolysis current for obtaining a required dissolved concentration based on the amount of water detected by the
Thereafter, the control means 6 refers to a flag relating to the operation of the flow
The processes of S3 to S7 are continued until the amount of water detected by the
As a parameter regarding the shape of each

The control means 6 may be configured to correct the dissolved concentration by combining a plurality of types of the above parameters. As a result, the control means 6 can more accurately calculate the dissolved hydrogen concentration of the electrolytic hydrogen water that is actually discharged from the
