前記第2の材料が、光散乱性を有する、ディスプレイ機器構成要素。 - 前記光導波路の前記表面の一部分上に形成された第3の材料をさらに備え、前記光導波路の前記表面の一部分上に形成された前記第1の材料を有する前記光導波路の前記表面の前記一部分が、前記光導波路の前記表面の前記一部分上に形成された前記第3の材料を有する前記光導波路の前記表面の前記一部分とは異なり、前記第2の材料が、前記第3の材料から形成される、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ機器構成要素。
- ディスプレイ機器構成要素であって、
表面を有する光導波路と、
前記光導波路の前記表面の一部分上に形成された第1の材料と、
前記第1の材料の一部分上に形成された第2の材料と、を備え、

(b)前記第1の材料上に第2の材料を形成することであって、前記第2の材料が、光散乱性を有する、形成することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記光導波路が、第1の屈折率を有し、前記第1の材料が、第2の屈折率を有し、前記第1の屈折率が、前記第2の屈折率に実質的に等しい、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第2の材料が、第3の屈折率を有し、前記第2の屈折率が、前記第3の屈折率に実質的に等しい、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 光波上に印刷された画像の画像特定照明を可能にするディスプレイ機器構成要素を製造するためのプロセスであって、
(a)表面を有する光導波路の一部分上に第1の材料を形成することと、
(b)第1の材料上に第2の材料を形成することであって、前記第2の材料が、その中に埋め込まれた光散乱粒子を有する、形成することと、を含む、プロセス。 - ディスプレイ機器構成要素であって、
