Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a slope installation structure that forms a slope by obliquely bridging a plate-like slope member between a lower floor portion and an upper floor portion.
In a building such as a house, since there is a step between the floor of the entrance and the floor of the hallway, the above step becomes an obstacle when entering and exiting from the entrance with a wheelchair, for example. Therefore, in such a case, going in and out using a slope connecting the floor of the entrance and the floor of the hallway is performed.
Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for forming a slope by obliquely spanning a panel member between an entrance floor and a corridor floor. In the technique of this Patent Document 1, a storage space for storing a panel member is provided under the floor of the corridor floor, and when the panel member is used, the panel member is drawn from the storage space and used as a slope.
More specifically, the storage space is provided with a slide member that can be taken in and out of the space, and the panel member is connected to the slide member via a connecting member. It is provided in the state. The connecting member has a function of shifting the panel member on the slide member between the horizontal state and the inclined state, so that the panel member is in the horizontal state when stored, and the panel member is inclined when the slope is formed. It has become.
By the way, in the slope structure of the said patent document 1, in addition to the panel member which forms a slope, the slide member connected with the panel member, a connection member, etc. are provided. For this reason, the configuration is complicated and there is a risk of increasing costs.
It is also conceivable that the slope is formed only by the panel member without the slide member or the connecting member. In this case, for example, it is conceivable that the panel member is bridged to each floor portion by placing the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the panel member on the hallway floor portion and the entrance floor portion, respectively. However, in that case, it may be difficult to install the panel member in a stable state, for example, the panel member is displaced.
Further, since a stepped portion between the entrance floor portion and the corridor floor portion is generally provided with a raised ridge, it is conceivable to attach the upper end portion of the panel member to the raised ridge. However, in this case, since it is necessary to provide an attachment portion for attaching the panel member to the raised ridge, the appearance around the raised ridge may be impaired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a slope installation structure that can install a slope in a stable state while avoiding the appearance of the vicinity of a raised ridge with a simple configuration. This is the main purpose.
In order to solve the above problems, the slope installation structure of the first invention is a plate-like slope member that forms a slope by being bridged obliquely between a lower floor portion and an upper floor portion provided at different heights. A step installation portion between the lower floor portion and the upper floor portion is provided with a rising hook that covers an end portion of the upper floor portion, and at least a part of the rising hook is the end portion. The exposed portion exposed by the retraction is provided with a mounted portion to which a mounting portion provided on the upper end portion of the slope member is attached. .
According to the present invention, at least a part of the rising ridge can be retracted from a predetermined position covering the end of the upper floor portion, and the attached portion is provided in the exposed portion exposed by the retraction. And the attachment part provided in the upper end part of the slope member is attached to the to-be-attached part. In this case, the slope member is installed in a stable state as compared with the case where the slope member is bridged between the floor portions by simply placing the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the slope member on the upper floor portion and the lower floor portion. Can do. Moreover, in such a slope installation structure, since the slope member can be bridged between floor portions in a stable state without providing a slide member or the like as in the conventional technique, the configuration can be simplified. Furthermore, since the attached portion is usually covered with the raised ridge, it is possible to avoid the appearance of the vicinity of the raised ridge from being impaired by the attached portion. Therefore, it is possible to install the slope in a stable state while avoiding the appearance of the vicinity of the raised ridge with a simple configuration.
In the slope installation structure of the second invention, in the first invention, the attached portion is the end portion of the upper floor portion, and the attachment portion has an insertion groove portion into which the end portion is inserted, It is attached to the said end part by inserting the said end part in an insertion groove part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
According to the present invention, the attachment portion of the slope member has the insertion groove portion. In this case, the attachment portion can be attached to the end portion by a simple operation such as inserting the end portion of the upper floor portion into the insertion groove portion. Further, since the attachment portion is attached to the end portion (attached portion) of the upper floor portion, it is not necessary to separately provide the attached portion, and the configuration can be simplified.
The slope installation structure of the third invention is characterized in that, in the first or second invention, the lower floor portion is provided with a restricting portion for restricting a displacement of a lower end portion of the slope member. .
According to the present invention, since the displacement of the lower end portion of the slope member is restricted by the restriction portion provided on the lower floor portion, the slope member can be installed in a more stable state.
The slope installation structure of the fourth invention is the slope installation structure according to any one of the first to third inventions, wherein the lower floor portion is an interstitial floor straddling the outside of the building across the building entrance, and the slope member is A bridge is provided between the lower floor portion and the upper floor portion through a building entrance.
According to the present invention, since the slope member is bridged obliquely between the lower floor portion and the upper floor portion through the building entrance, the length of the slope member can be increased. Thereby, since the inclination of a slope member can be loosened, it becomes possible to reduce the burden of the user who moves on a slope.
Moreover, when this invention is applied to 3rd invention, since a control part is provided in an outdoor side rather than a building entrance in a lower floor part, it can avoid that the appearance of an indoor floor is impaired by a control part. .
In the slope installation structure of the fifth invention, in any one of the first to fourth inventions, a storage space capable of storing the slope member is formed under the floor of the upper floor portion, and the storage space is An opening is provided in the floor space of the lower floor portion through an opening provided in the stepped portion, and an extension portion extending downward from the upper floor portion is provided in the rising ridge, and the storage space A support portion that supports the slope member in a state of facing the lower surface of the upper floor portion, and the support portion supports the slope member at the same height as the extension portion. And
According to the present invention, when the slope member is not used, the slope member can be stored in the storage space formed under the floor of the upper floor portion. Further, when the slope member is used, the slope member can be drawn out to the space above the floor of the lower floor through the opening. Thereby, the usability of the slope member can be improved.
In addition, the slope member is supported by the support portion in the storage space, and is disposed at the same height as the extending portion of the raised heel in the support state. In this case, since the slope member is covered with the extended portion from the floor space side of the lower floor portion, it is possible to prevent the slope member from being seen from the floor space side.
In the slope installation structure of the sixth invention, in any one of the first to fifth inventions, a storage space in which the slope member can be stored is formed under the floor of the upper floor portion. An opening is provided in the floor space of the lower floor through an opening provided in the stepped portion, and a closing plate for closing the opening is provided integrally with the rising ridge. And
According to the present invention, since the storage space is provided under the floor of the upper floor portion, the same effect as in the fifth aspect of the invention can be obtained. Moreover, since the closing plate which closes the opening part of a storage space is integrally provided in the rising hook, it can prevent reliably that a slope member is seen through an opening part at the time of accommodation of a slope member.
In the slope installation structure of a seventh invention, in the fifth or sixth invention, a first rotating body is attached to a lower surface of the slope member at a position near the attachment portion in a slope inclination direction, and the slope member is The mounting portion is stored sideways in the storage space so that the mounting portion is located on the back side of the storage space with respect to the slope member, and the first rotating body is placed on the lower surface of the storage space in the storage state. A second rotating body that supports the slope member together with the first rotating body from below is attached to a lower surface of the storage space, and the second rotating body includes a depth of the first rotating body and the storage space. The first rotating body and the second rotating body are arranged at positions not lined up in the direction so that they rotate when the slope member is pulled out from the storage space through the opening. It is characterized in that is.
According to the present invention, when the slope member is pulled out from the storage space to the floor space of the lower floor portion, the first rotating body and the second rotating body that support the slope member rotate from below, so that the slope member is pulled out smoothly. be able to. Thereby, the drawer operation of the slope member can be easily performed.
Further, since the slope member is stored in the storage space so that the attachment portion is on the back side, when the slope member is pulled out, the attachment portion faces the step portion side. Further, when the slope member is pulled out from the storage space, the slope member falls off from the second rotating body, so that the slope member is supported only by the first rotating body attached to the lower surface of the slope member. Here, since the 1st rotary body is arrange | positioned near the attachment part in the slope member, in this case, a slope member will be in the inclination state which inclines upward toward the attachment part side (in other words, level | step-difference part side). Since this inclined state is a state (or the same state) close to the inclined state at the time of slope formation, in this case, the installation work of the slope member, such as making it easy to attach the attachment part of the slope member to the attached part, It becomes possible to make it easy.
According to a slope installation structure of an eighth invention, in the seventh invention, the first rotating body is placed on a floor surface of the lower floor portion and supports the slope member from below in a slope formation state by the slope member. It is characterized by doing.
According to the present invention, in a slope forming state in which the slope member is bridged between the lower floor portion and the upper floor portion, the slope member is supported from below by the rotating body. Thereby, a slope member can be installed in the stable state. Moreover, the above-mentioned effect can be obtained without increasing the number of parts by using the rotating body used when the slope member is taken in and out of the storage space as the support portion of the slope member.
In the slope installation structure of the ninth invention according to any one of the first to eighth inventions, the stepped portion is provided with a hook support portion for supporting the rising hook from below, and the rising hook has a longitudinal length thereof. A plurality of divided hooks divided in a direction, and the plurality of divided hooks include a pair of first hooks provided on both ends of the raised hook and fixed to the hook support, and A second collar part provided between the first collar parts and not fixed to the collar support part is included, and the second collar part is located between the first collar parts as the predetermined position. It is possible to evacuate.
According to the present invention, the rising collar is divided into a pair of first collar parts provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction and a second collar part provided between the first collar parts. In this case, while the 1st collar part is being fixed on the collar support part, the 2nd collar part is non-fixed on the collar support part, so that the 2nd collar part of each first collar part It is possible to evacuate from between. In this case, a part of the rising hook can be retracted without affecting the joints with the walls at both ends of the rising hook.
According to a slope installation structure of a tenth invention, in the ninth invention, each of the first flanges has a protruding portion that protrudes toward each other at a position separated from the end portion of the upper floor portion, The two flanges have entry portions that enter into the separation portion between the end portion and the protruding portion on both end sides, and the second flange portion is inserted into the separation portion by the entry of each entry portion. It is detachably attached to the predetermined position.
According to the present invention, the second collar part has a pair of entry parts that enter the separated part between the protruding part of each first collar part and the end part of the upper floor part, and the entry of each entry part. Is detachable from the predetermined position (and thus can be retracted). In this case, since the protruding part of the first hook part and the entering part of the second hook part, that is, the structure that can be attached / detached by the rising hook itself is realized, a separate attachment member is provided to make the rising hook removable. There is no need to do so, and the configuration can be simplified.
According to an eleventh aspect of the present invention, in the slope installation structure according to any one of the first to tenth aspects, the lower floor portion includes a dirt floor straddling the building entrance and exits indoors and outdoors. The slope member extends in a direction intersecting the width direction of the entrance and exit, and the slope member has a shape extending in an arc shape in plan view from the upper floor portion to the lower floor portion through the building entrance and exit at the time of slope formation. Features.
According to the present invention, since the slope member is formed in an arc shape, even when the rising ridge extends in a direction intersecting the width direction of the building entrance, the slope member passes through the building entrance to the lower floor portion and the upper floor portion. It can be bridged.

The
On the
An
A
As shown in FIG. 2B, the
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the rising
The rising

Next, the installation configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
A
The
Each
The
Next, the configuration on the lower end side of the
The
The
A rotating
Next, a storage structure when the
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
A rotating
In the storage state of the
The
When the
First, an operation of removing the attaching / detaching
When the
Subsequently, the
As mentioned above, according to the structure of this embodiment explained in full detail, the following outstanding effects are acquired.
By making a part of the rising ridge 41 a detachable attachment /
Further, according to such an installation configuration of the
Furthermore, since the
Since the
In addition to attaching the
Since the
Further, in this case, since the
Further, in this case, since the
The
The rising

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be implemented as follows, for example.
(1) The configuration for making the lifting
The rising
In the example of FIG. 5, the upper end portion of the slope member is attached using the
Further, in the example of FIG. 5, a

The
A
As shown in FIG. 8, the
Each
As shown in FIG. 7A, the
The
In this way, even if the rising
(4) In the above embodiment, the position of the lower end portion of the
Note that the position of the lower end of the
(5) In the above embodiment, the
(6) In the above embodiment, the
(7) In the above embodiment, the
(8) In the above embodiment, the slope installation structure of the present invention is applied to the stepped
