一定期間、人工骨インプラント30をオッセオインテグレーション促進因子で覆うことを可能にする全血内で人工骨インプラント30を培養することと、
容器10からカバー20とオッセオインテグレーション促進因子で覆われた人工骨インプラント30を取り除くことと、
カバーからオッセオインテグレーション促進因子で覆われた人工骨インプラントを取り外すことを含む。

全血源に流体連通された針状の装置を容器10の内部に挿入することと、
容器10の内部を全血で満たし、人工骨インプラントの少なくとも部分を覆うことと、
一定期間、人工骨インプラント30をオッセオインテグレーション促進因子で覆うことを可能にする全血内で人工骨インプラント30を培養することと、

Claims (13)
- 人工骨インプラントを収容し、血液で満たされるよう構成され、開口部を有する容器と、
前記容器の前記開口部にふたをするよう構成されたカバーと、を備える、
人工骨インプラントを血液で処理する装置。 - 前記装置が遠心分離されるよう構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器および前記カバーが、大気圧と比較して前記容器内で陰圧を維持するよう構成された、請求項1から請求項2のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記人工骨インプラントが前記カバーにより保持されるように、前記カバーが前記人工骨インプラントに装着するよう構成された、請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記人工骨インプラントが歯科インプラントである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、前記容器を上位部分および下位部分に分離する隔離部をさらに備え、前記隔離部が、前記上位部分内の血液と前記下位部分内の血液の接触を可能にする穴を有する、請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記人工骨インプラントが骨の材料である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記隔離部が、前記骨の材料を前記容器の前記上位部分内に保持するよう構成された、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 患者から血液を抜き出すことと、
前記血液を人工骨インプラントを血液で処理する装置内に移し、前記装置は人工骨インプラントを収容し、血液で満たされるよう構成され、開口部を有する容器と、前記容器の前記開口部にふたをするよう構成されたカバーとを有し、前記容器が前記人工骨インプラントを包含することと、
前記装置を遠心分離することと、
前記装置から前記インプラントを取り除くことと、を含む、
人工骨インプラントをオッセオインテグレーション促進因子で覆う方法。 - 前記容器および前記カバーが、大気圧と比較して前記容器内で陰圧を維持するよう構成され、前記血液が前記容器内の陰圧により前記容器内へ移される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記患者から前記血液を抜き出した後、前記血液が遠心分離され、前記遠心分離された血液から分離された血漿が前記装置内へ移され、前記装置を遠心分離する代わりに血漿が凝固するのが可能である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記血漿が、加速された方法で凝固し得る、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記血液または血漿の凝固が、振動または超音波処理、またはそれらのあらゆる組み合わせにより加速される、請求項9から請求項11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
