Claims (15)
- コンポーネント(100)を付加製造するための方法において、
開口部(2)を具備するコンポーネント台(1)の上に前記コンポーネント(100)を付加構成として形成するステップであって、前記コンポーネント(100)の前記付加構成の第1の部分を形成する際に、補助構造体(101)が、前記コンポーネント台(1)の前記開口部(2)の周囲に付加製造される、前記ステップと、
前記開口部(2)を通じて、前記補助構造体(101)によって形成されているキャビティ(20)の内部に、デバイス(10)を導入するステップと、
前記付加構成の前記第1の部分を形成した後に前記付加構成の第2の部分を形成する際に、前記デバイス(10)によって製造される前記コンポーネント(100)の特性に影響を及ぼすか、又は前記コンポーネント(100)の特性を検出するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記開口部(2)が、前記コンポーネント(100)の前記付加構成の形成を開始する際に、クロージャ(3)によって閉じられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポーネント台(1)が、前記コンポーネント(100)の前記付加構成の前記第1の部分を形成する際に、前記クロージャ(3)に対して相対的に降下され、
前記クロージャ(3)が、前記コンポーネント(100)の前記付加構成の前記第1の部分を形成した後に取り除かれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 製造すべき前記コンポーネント(100)が、前記付加構成の前記第2の部分を形成する際に、前記デバイス(10)によって加熱又は冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポーネント台(1)から離隔配置されている製造すべき部分(100a,100b)の温度が、前記デバイス(10)によって計測され、及び/又は前記デバイス(10)による加熱又は冷却によって設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コンポーネント(100)には、付加構成として形成される際に、突起(110)が設けられ、
前記突起(110)が、前記キャビティ(20)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 製造すべき前記コンポーネント(100)が、前記コンポーネント(100)が少なくとも2:1のアスペクト比を有するように、付加的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 製造すべき前記コンポーネント(100)が、前記補助構造体(101)によって少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、例えば選択的レーザ溶融法のような粉体層を基礎とする製造方法とされることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されるか又は製造可能とされるコンポーネント(100)において、
従来技術に基づいて付加製造されたコンポーネントと比較して、構造的欠陥、構造的不完全性、及び/又は粒子境界の密度が小さいことを特徴とするコンポーネント(100)。 - コンポーネント(100)を付加製造するための装置(200)であって、
開口部(2)を具備するコンポーネント台(1)と、
前記開口部(2)を閉じるように構成されているクロージャ(3)と、
を備えている前記装置(200)において、
前記コンポーネント台(1)が、前記クロージャ(3)に対して相対的に降下可能とされるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置(200)。 - 前記装置(200)が、デバイス(10)を備えており、
前記開口部(2)及び/又は前記デバイス(10)が、前記デバイス(10)が前記開口部(2)を通じて押されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置(200)。 - 前記デバイス(10)が、ボアスコープであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記デバイス(10)が、例えば温度又は振動を計測するための計測装置であることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の装置(200)。
- 前記デバイス(10)が、加熱装置及び/又は冷却装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置(200)。
