Claims (17)
- 重合可能な液体(23、43)から三次元の物体(26、46)を層状に製造するための付加製造装置であって、
前記液体(23、43)を収容するための、底面(28、48)を備える槽(22、42)と、
前記物体(26、46)を積み上げる台であり、前記槽(22、42)に対して上下に移動可能である担体プラットフォーム(25、45)と、
第1及び第2の面(53、55)を備え、前記液体(23、43)を前記第1の面(53)で重合させて物体層(30、50)にする部分である構造要素(31、51)と、
放射線透過性の前記構造要素(31、51)の前記第2の面(55)を照射する放射線源(24、44)と、を備え、
前記構造要素(51)は前記担体プラットフォーム(45)の上方に配置されており、前記構造要素(51)と前記槽(42)との間の間隔は相互に対して変更可能である装置において、
前記製造装置(41)は異なる液体を充填した少なくとも2つの槽を備え、第1の液体(43)を充填した前記槽(42)は第2の液体を充填した別の槽と交換可能であることを特徴とする装置(21、41)。 - 前記担体プラットフォーム(45)と前記構造要素(51)は、共通のサポート(52)に支持されており、前記サポート(52)は前記槽(42)の内と外に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記担体プラットフォーム(45)は、少なくとも垂直方向へ移動可能に前記サポート(52)に支持されており、このことから、前記担体プラットフォーム(45)と前記構造要素(51)との間の前記間隔は変更可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記放射線源(44)は、少なくとも垂直方向へ移動可能に前記サポート(52)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は請求項3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記重合可能な液体(43)の均質化及び温度調整を担う温度制御可能な均質化ユニット(57)は、前記底面(48)の裏側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記均質化ユニットは、磁気攪拌機(57)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記構造要素(51)は、分離膜(61)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記分離膜(61)は、パーフルオロエチレンプロピレン(FEP)から製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記分離膜(61)は、気体透過性であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記構造要素(51)は、担体プレート(63)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記担体プレート(63)は、薄膜コーティング(65)を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 重合可能な液体(23、43)から三次元の物体(26、46)を層状に製造するための付加製造装置であって、
前記液体(23、43)を収容するための、底面(28、48)を備える槽(22、42)と、
前記物体(26、46)を積み上げる台であり、前記槽(22、42)に対して上下に移動可能である担体プラットフォーム(25、45)と、
第1及び第2の面(53、55)を備え、前記液体(23、43)を前記第1の面(53)で重合させて物体層(30、50)にする部分である構造要素(31、51)と、
放射線透過性の前記構造要素(31、51)の前記第2の面(55)を照射する放射線源(24、44)と、を備え、
前記構造要素(51)は前記担体プラットフォーム(45)の上方に配置されており、前記構造要素(51)と前記槽(42)との間の間隔は相互に対して変更可能である装置において、
前記底面(48)の前記裏側に前記重合可能な液体(43)の温度を調整するための温度制御ユニット(57)が配置されていることを特徴とする装置(21、41)。 - 重合可能な液体から三次元の物体を層状に製造するための方法であって、
担体プラットフォーム(25、45)と構造要素(31、51)との間に、前記重合可能な液体(23、43)を層状(30、50)に重合し、硬化させ、
前記担体プラットフォーム(25、45)は、物体構築の間、前記構造要素(31、51)から離れていき、
前記重合可能な液体(23、43)を槽(22、42)の中で準備し、
前記構造要素(31、51)の、前記担体プラットフォーム(25、45)の反対側にある前記第2の面(55)に放射線源(24、44)から放射線を照射して、前記物体層(30、50)を重合し、
前記槽(42)を前記構造要素(51)の下方に配置し、前記物体(46)を層状に構築する間、前記担体プラットフォーム(45)は前記槽(42)の底面(48)の方向に移動する方法において、
前記重合可能な液体(43)を交換するため、前記槽(42)を別の重合可能な液体の入った別の槽(42)と交換することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記槽(42)を別の槽と交換するために、前記担体プラットフォーム(45)と前記構造要素(51)を支持しているサポート(52)を前記槽(42)から出して、前記別の槽の中に入れることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記重合可能な液体(43)の最適なプロセスパラメータを設定するために、前記槽(42)内の前記液体を均質化し、プロセス温度に設定し、構造空間温度を調整することを特徴とする、請求項13又は請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記構造要素(51)に対する前記槽(42)の高さを物体製造中に調整して、前記構造要素(51)を、前記槽(42)に形成される液面(49)の上方、前記液面(49)上又は前記液体(43)中に位置決めすることを特徴とする、請求項13から請求項15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記構造要素(51)の前記第1の面(53)に負圧又は保護ガス雰囲気を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項13から請求項16のいずれかに記載の方法。
