Claims (14)
- ガーデニング等のための可撓性ホースにおいて、
軸方向に可撓性となるよう、波形形状を有するとともに長手方向の断面において三角形の輪郭を有している一連の外側頂部(4)を有している硬質高分子材料の第一管状要素(2)と、
前記外側頂部(4)と交互に形成される対応する一連の谷部(5)に少なくとも部分的に充填するよう、前記第一管状要素(2)の外側に結合される軽量高分子材料の第二管状要素(3)と、
を備える可撓性ホース。 - 請求項1に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第一管状要素(2)の前記外側頂部(4)は、不等辺三角形の輪郭を有する可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1または2に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第二管状要素(3)の前記軽量高分子材料は、前記外側頂部(4)と交互に形成される前記一連の谷部(5)に部分的に充填されて、当該谷部(5)の底部に、対応する一連の環形状の空洞部(15)を形成している可撓性ホース。
- 請求項3に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記環形状の空洞部(15)は、前記第一管状要素(2)と前記第二管状要素(3)との間を封止することにより形成される可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から4の一に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第二管状要素(3)は、共有押出し成形によって前記第一管状要素(2)の外側に結合される可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第一管状要素(2)の前記外側頂部(4)は、延びた構成において、当該第一管状要素(2)の内径の三分の一オーダーの長さのピッチを有する可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第一管状要素(2)の前記外側頂部(4)は、前記第一管状要素(2)に対して長手方向の少なくとも一つの溝を形成するよう並んで配置されるそれぞれの谷部を有する可撓性ホース。
- 請求項7に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記長手方向の溝に、前記第二管状要素(3)の前記軽量高分子材料に埋設するよう予め配置された強化用糸状要素が収容される可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第二管状要素(3)を覆う外側被覆層(11)を備える可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から9の一に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第一管状要素(2)の内側に結合されて、当該第一管状要素(2)の内部頂部(6)と交互に形成される対応する一連の谷部(7)に少なくとも部分的に充填される、可撓性材料の第三管状要素(12)を備える可撓性ホース。
- 請求項10に記載の可撓性ホースにおいて、前記第三管状要素(3)の内部に配置される内側被覆層(14)を備える可撓性ホース。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一に記載の可撓性ホースを製造する方法において、
a.押出し装置と続く波形形成装置とによって、波形形状を有するとともに長手方向の断面において三角形の輪郭を有している一連の外側頂部(4)を有している硬質高分子材料の第一管状要素(2)を形成する工程と、
b.圧縮装置によって、前記第一管状要素(2)を圧縮構成に構成する工程と、
c.共有押出し成形装置によって、前記圧縮された第一管状要素(2)の外側に、前記外側頂部(4)と交互に形成された対応する一連の谷部(5)に少なくとも部分的に充填するよう、軽量高分子材料の第二管状要素(3)を結合する工程と、
d.前記共有押出し成形の前記工程によって得られたホース(1)を冷却する工程と、
e.前記圧縮された第一管状要素(2)の調整された供出が行われるよう、前記ホース(1)をその一端で引っ張る動作を行う工程と、
を含む方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法において、真空状態で、前記圧縮された第一管状要素(2)への前記第二管状要素(3)の共有押出し成形の前記工程を行う方法。
- 請求項12または13に記載の方法において、前記第一管状要素(2)の内側に長手方向に挿入される調整されたロッドを用いて、前記作業工程を連続的に行う方法。
