Abstract
Description
−前記心房部は、この心房部の周囲上に規則的に分配されて前記環状部から突き出ている3つまたは4つの金属ワイヤ延長部から構成され、各延長部は、人工器官の拡張状態において、1つの逆U字形または逆V字形のワイヤで構成され、この延長部の基部が前記環状部の径方向外方に向けられ、次いで、延長部がフレームの内側に向かって湾曲し、その結果、個々の延長部が、前記環状部の上方に配置された仮想切頭球の実質的に一部であり、
−前記環状部は、その外面から突出しているアンカー部を含むそれらのコーナーによって互いに接続された菱網で構成されており、 そして
−前記心室部は、当該心室部の周囲に規則的に分布し、前記環状部から突出している3つまたは4つの金属ワイヤ延長部から構成され、各延長部は一本のU字形またはV字形のワイヤで構成され、人工器官の拡張状態において、この延長部の基部が前記環状部の径方向外方に向けられ、次いで、延長部がフレームの内側に向かって湾曲し、その結果、個々の延長部が、前記環状部の下方に配置された仮想切頭球の実質的に一部である。
Claims (8)
- 僧帽弁または三尖弁の人工心臓弁(1)であって、拡張可能な管状フレーム(2)と当該フレーム(2)にマウントされる人工弁(3)を有し、前記フレーム(2)は、心房部(2a)、心室部(2v)およびこれらの心房部と心室部との間に位置する環状部(2i)とを備え、
前記心房部(2a)は、該心房部(2a)の周囲に規則的に分布されて前記環状部(2i)から突き出ている3つまたは4つの金属ワイヤの延長部(4)から構成され、各延長部(4)は、人工器官(1)の拡張状態において、1つの逆U字形または逆V字形のワイヤで構成され、この延長部(4)の基部が前記環状部(2i)の径方向外方に向けられ、次いで延長部(4)がフレーム(2)の内側に向かって湾曲し、その結果、それぞれの延長部(4)が前記環状部(2i)の上方に配置された仮想的切頭球と実質的な一部であり、
前記環状部(2i)は、その外面から突出しているアンカー部(5)を含むそれらのコーナーによって互いに接続された菱網で構成されており、そして
心室部(2v)は、当該心室部(2v)の周囲に規則的に分布し、前記環状部(2i)から突出している3つまたは4つの金属ワイヤ延長部(6)から構成され、各延長部(6)は、1本のU字形またはV字形のワイヤで構成され、人工器官の拡張状態において、この延長部(6)の基部が前記環状部(2i)の半径方向外方に向けられ、次いで、延長部がフレーム(2)の内方に向かって湾曲し、個々の延長部(6)が、前記環状部(2i)の下方に配置された仮想的切頭球の実質的に一部分であることを特徴とする人工器官(1)。 - 前記アンカー部は、前記環状部(2i)の外側に向かって、それらの基部からそれらの尖った自由端に向かって展開する湾曲爪(5)の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の人工器官(1)。
- アンカー部(5)が前記環状部(2i)の全周に存在することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の人工器官(1)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の人工器官(1)であって、アンカー部(5)が前記環状部(2i)の円周上に規則的に分布していることを特徴とする人工器官(1)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の人工器官(1)であって、アンカー部(5)は対として備えられ、一対のアンカー部(5)の1つが人工器官(1)の心房側に配置され、この人工器官(1)の心室側に突出し、同じ対の他のアンカー部(5)が人工器官(1)の心室側に配置され、この人工器官(1)の心房側に突出しており、これらのアンカー部(5)の自由端は互いに対向して配置され、これと同じ対のアンカー部(5)は、内面に凹面を形成するように湾曲し、同じ対のアンカー部(5)の2つのアンカー部が「カニばさみ」の形態をとっていることを特徴とする人工器官(1)。
- 前記環状部(2i)が6対のアンカー部(5)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の人工器官(1)。
- 請求項5または請求項6に記載の人工器官(1)であって、アンカー部(5)の基部が、これらのメッシュの対向するコーナーを形成するメッシュ部分の、人工器官(1)の心房−心室方向に接続され、これらのアンカー部はメッシュのこれらの部分から突出することを特徴とする人工器官(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の人工器官(1)であって、前記フレーム(2)が、前記心室延長部(6)の前記基部の側部に、1つの延長部(6)の側方ワイヤ部分を、隣接する延長部(6)の側方ワイヤ部分に接続する接続するV字形のスペーサ(7)を含むことを特徴とする人工器官(1)。
