Claims (19)
- チューリップ(ロッド軸受)(3)、椎弓根スクリュー(2)およびクランプネジ(5)を有し、前記クランプネジ(5)に対して回動することを特徴とするロッドクランプ(6)を特徴とするロッドを骨に固定するための装置(1)。
- 前記ロッドクランプ(6)およびクランプネジ(5)が互いに向き合い斜めに主軸(A)に配向された両側の球ゾーン(6.7、5.9)を有し、それらを介してそれらが互いに相対的に回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- クランプネジ(5)およびロッドクランプ(6)が互いに後部で係合するアンダーカット(5.6、6.4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)の前記アンダーカット(5.6)が環状突起部(5.5)によって成形されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッドクランプ(6)の前記アンダーカット(6.4)が突出部(6.3)を有する2つ以上の周囲に渡って配置される弾性フィンガー部(6.2)によって成形されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)が近位方向に前記アンダーカット(5.6)から前方に向かってテーパする内円錐(5.8)を有することを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)およびロッドクランプ(6)により結合されるロッドクランプアダプタ(6a)を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッドクランプアダプタ(6a)が近位に外に向いた突起部を有する環状部分であり、それらが前記クランプネジ(5)の中の半径方向の切り込みに遊びを持って係合し、そのとき特に遠位に同様に半径方向外に向けられた突起部が与えられ、それらが前記ロッドクランプ(6)半径方向の切り込みに係合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- ロッドクランプ(6)およびロッドクランプアダプタ(6a)が互いに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッドクランプ(6)がその前記クランプネジ(5)とは逆の側に部分環状型クランプ凹部(6.5)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)が非対称クランプネジスレッド(5.2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)の前記スレッド(5.2)の固定ねじ込み方向(F)に近位に配向された歯側(5.4)が5°と等しいより小さい、特に3°と等しいより小さい角度で前記クランプネジ(5)の対称軸(S)への軸方向面に向かって延びることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)の前記スレッド(5.2)の固定ねじ込み方向(F)に(遠位に)向けられた歯側(5.3)が前記クランプネジ(5)の前記対称軸(S)に対して90°から逸脱した、好適には30°の角度で半径面に延びることを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプネジ(5)がその前記ロッドクランプ(6)の逆を向く側に複数のまたは非円筒型凹部(5.1)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッドクランプ(6)に向き合い前記チューリップ(3)の中に収容される圧力要素(9、9a)を特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力要素(9、9a)が前記チューリップ(3)の中で傾斜可能に収容されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力要素(9、9a)の直径が少なくともその前面に前記チューリップ(3)の内直径に対して縮小されるため、前記圧力要素(9、9a)が前記チューリップ(3)内で傾斜可能であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記チューリップ(3)の前記圧力要素(9)がその遠位から近位の前面に向かってテーパするため、近位に半径方向の遊び(9.6)が前記チューリップ(3)の内壁と前記圧力要素(9)の前記外被(9.4)の間に与えられ、または前記チューリップ(3)の内壁が前記圧力要素(9a)の近位前面の高さから遠位前面の高さに向かって圧力要素(9a)とチューリップ(3)の間の半径方向の遊び(9.6)を保証しながら前記圧力要素(9a)の遠位前面の高さに延長されることを特徴とする請求項15〜17の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記椎弓根スクリュー(2)の前記スクリュー軸(2.1)が2条ねじ(2.2)を有し、そのとき特に前記スクリュー軸(2.1)の近位領域を4条ネジ(2.2.1)として好ましくは前記椎弓根スクリュー(2.1)の4分の1の長さに渡って形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜18の何れか1項に記載の装置。
