Abstract
Description

− 蒸気流を再加熱し、40バールから120バールの圧力に圧縮して、リサイクルガスの第1の要素を生成するステップと、
− リサイクルガスの第2の部分をガス膨張器の出口温度よりも高い温度に冷却するステップと、
− 冷却されたリサイクルガスの第2の部分を液化ユニットに通し、液化メタンおよび第2の蒸気流を生成するステップと、
− 前記第2の蒸気流を再加熱して、40から120バールの圧力に圧縮し、リサイクルガスの第2の要素を生成するステップと、を具える。
Claims (9)
- メタンリッチガスを液化するプロセスにおいて、
− 40バールから120バールの圧力で高級炭化水素を含有する供給メタンリッチガスの流れを供給するステップと、
− 40バールから120バールの圧力でメタンリッチリサイクルガスの流れを供給するステップと、
− 前記供給ガスを前記リサイクルガスの第1の部分と混合するステップと、
− 蒸気と、高級炭化水素(C5+炭化水素および/または芳香族化合物)を含有する凝縮液との混合物を生成するように、得られた混合物をガス膨張器に通過させるステップであって、前記膨張器の出口が、3バールと50バールとの間の圧力を有する、ステップと、
− 前記膨張器の出口流を液体流と蒸気流とに分離するステップと、
− 前記蒸気流を再加熱し、40バールから120バールの圧力に圧縮して、前記リサイクルガスの第1の要素を生成するステップと、
− 前記リサイクルガスの第2の部分を前記膨張器の出口温度よりも高い温度に冷却するステップと、
− 冷却された前記リサイクルガスの第2の部分を液化ユニットに通して、液化メタンおよび第2の蒸気流を生成するステップと、
− 前記第2の蒸気流を再加熱し、40バールから120バールの圧力に圧縮して、前記リサイクルガスの第2の要素を生成するステップと、
を具えることを特徴とするプロセス。 - 請求項1に記載のプロセスにおいて、供給ガスとリサイクルガスの第1の部分との前記混合物を、前記膨張器に入る前に熱交換器で冷却することを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1または2に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記液体中の高級炭化水素量を変化させるため、前記膨張器の出口流が、分離前に熱交換器で加熱または冷却されることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記供給メタンリッチガスおよび前記メタンリッチリサイクルガスが、50バールから100バールの圧力であることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記膨張器の出口が、5バールから30バールの圧力であることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記リサイクルガスの第2の部分の冷却が、その圧縮前に前記蒸気流により部分的に達成されることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記冷却されたリサイクルガスの第2の部分は前記液化ユニットに通されて、第1の流れと第2の流れに分けられ、前記第1の流れが冷却されて、メタンリッチな凝縮物が生成され、これが減圧されて前記液化メタン製品が生成され、前記第2の流れは、第2のガス膨張器に通されて液体と蒸気の混合物が生成され、前記液体が分離されて追加の液化メタンが生成され、前記蒸気は前記第2の蒸気流であることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記冷却されたリサイクルガスの第2の部分が完全にまたは実質的に液化され、前記第2の蒸気流がゼロまたは無視できるほどのものであることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のプロセスにおいて、前記メタンリッチガスが天然ガスであることを特徴とするプロセス。
