Claims (14)
- チラーにおいて使用されるように適合された遠心圧縮機であって、
入口部分及び出口部分を有するケーシングと、
前記入口部分に配置された入口案内羽根と、
前記入口案内羽根の下流に配置され、軸方向を規定する回転軸周りに回転可能であり、少なくとも第1の流量位置と第2の流量位置との間において前記軸方向に沿って前記ケーシング内で調節可能に設けられたインペラと、
前記インペラを回転させるように配置及び構成されたモータと、
前記インペラの下流で前記出口部分に配置されたディフューザであって、前記出口部分の出口ポートが前記インペラと前記ディフューザとの間に位置している、ディフューザと、を備える、遠心圧縮機。 - 少なくとも前記第1の流量位置及び前記第2の流量位置の間において前記インペラの調節を制御するように構成されたインペラ軸方向位置制御機構を更に備える、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記インペラは、前記モータによって回転されるように配置及び構成されたシャフトに取り付けられており、
前記インペラ軸方向位置制御機構は、前記シャフトに装着されたスラスト軸受を備え、前記スラスト軸受は、少なくとも前記第1の流量位置及び前記第2の流量位置の間において前記インペラが移動するように前記ケーシング内で調節可能に設けられている、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記スラスト軸受はスラスト磁気軸受であり、前記スラスト磁気軸受に対する電流の流れを調節することによって調節可能である、
請求項3に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記シャフトは、ラジアル磁気軸受によって回転可能に支持されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記インペラ軸方向位置制御機構は、前記遠心圧縮機の少なくとも1つの運転パラメータに基づいて、前記スラスト磁気軸受の調節を制御するようにプログラミングされたコントローラを更に備える、
請求項4に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記遠心圧縮機の前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータは、前記インペラの入口における圧力及び前記ディフューザ内の圧力の少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項6に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記遠心圧縮機の前記少なくとも1つの動作パラメータは、前記インペラの入口における圧力と前記ディフューザ内の圧力との差を含む、
請求項7に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記第1の流量位置及び前記第2の流量位置のうち一方は流量100%位置であり、前記第1の流量位置及び前記第2の流量位置のうち他方は流量<100%位置である、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記インペラは、前記流量<100%位置において、前記流量100%位置よりも、前記出口部分との軸方向の重なりが少ない、
請求項9に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記インペラは、前記軸方向に沿って無数の流量位置の間で前記ケーシング内に調節可能に設けられている、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記ディフューザは、ディフューザ羽根を含まない、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記ディフューザは、調節可能な案内羽根を含まない、
請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記入口案内羽根は、調節可能ではない、
