Claims (13)
- チラーにおいて使用されるように適合された遠心圧縮機であって、
入口部分及び出口部分を有するケーシングと、
前記入口部分に配置された入口案内羽根と、
前記入口案内羽根の下流に配置され、回転軸周りに回転可能なシャフトに装着されたインペラと、
前記インペラを回転させるために、前記シャフトを回転させるように配置及び構成されたモータと、
前記インペラから下流で前記出口部分に配置されたディフューザであって、前記出口部分の出口ポートが、前記インペラと前記ディフューザとの間に配置されている、ディフューザと、
前記遠心圧縮機が冷媒を吐出する吐出管と、前記遠心圧縮機の前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間の部分と、の間を延びる配管を含み、前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間に高温ガス冷媒をインジェクションするように配置及び構成されたホットガスインジェクション通路と、
前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間にインジェクションする高温ガス冷媒の量を制御するようにプログラミングされているコントローラと、
を備える、遠心圧縮機。 - 前記コントローラは、蒸発器出口の水温が所定値未満であり、かつ前記入口案内羽根の開度が所定値未満である時に、前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間に前記高温ガス冷媒をインジェクションするように更にプログラミングされている、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記蒸発器出口の水温が目標値に達するように、前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間に前記高温ガス冷媒をインジェクションするように更にプログラミングされている、
請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記遠心圧縮機への要求負荷が増加すると、前記ホットガスインジェクション通路を閉じてから前記入口案内羽根を開くように更にプログラミングされている、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記シャフトを回転可能に支持する磁気軸受をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記磁気軸受の位置が所定軌道範囲を超えると、前記磁気軸受を前記所定軌道範囲内の位置に戻すため、前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間に前記高温ガス冷媒をインジェクションするように更にプログラミングされている、
請求項5に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記磁気軸受の前記所定軌道範囲が、前記遠心圧縮機が停止するように配置されている前記磁気軸受の軌道範囲より小さく設定されている、
請求項6に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記ホットガスインジェクション通路は、内部に配置される少なくとも1つの弁を含み、前記少なくとも1つの弁が、前記入口案内羽根と前記インペラとの間にインジェクションする前記高温ガス冷媒の量を制御するように前記コントローラにより制御されている、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記少なくとも1つの弁は電磁弁を含む、
請求項8に記載の遠心圧縮機。 - 前記少なくとも1つの弁は、互いに並列に配置された複数の電磁弁を含む、
