Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
ニコチン源および第二の物質源を含む2つの物質源と、前記2つの物質源のうちのいずれか一方を加熱するためのサセプタと、負荷ネットワークに接続された電源であって、前記負荷ネットワークが前記サセプタに誘導結合するためのインダクタを含む電源とを備え、ここにおいて、前記2つの物質源が、前記サセプタにより加熱されない前記2つの物質源のうちの他方が前記サセプタにより加熱された前記2つの物質源のうちの一方からの熱伝達によって加熱可能となるように、熱的に結合する、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記サセプタが、前記2つの物質源のうちの一方を第一の温度に加熱するように構成され、前記2つの物質源の熱的結合が、前記サセプタにより加熱されない前記2つの物質源のうちの他方が熱伝達によって第二の温度に加熱されうるように構成され、前記第二の温度が前記第一の温度よりも低い、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記サセプタが、前記サセプタによって加熱される前記2つの物質源のうちの一方と直接接触する、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第二の物質源が乳酸源またはピルビン酸源であり、前記エアロゾル発生システムにおいて発生したエアロゾルが、ニコチン塩粒子を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ニコチン源を含む第一の区画および前記第二の物質源を含む第二の区画を含むカートリッジを含むエアロゾル発生物品を備え、ここにおいて、前記サセプタが、前記第一の区画または前記第二の区画のうちのいずれか一方に配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一の区画および前記第二の区画が、前記カートリッジ内に並列に配置される、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジがエアロゾル修飾剤源を含む第三の区画をさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが実質的に円筒形であり、かつ前記カートリッジの向かい合った実質的に平面の端面の一方または両方が、1つ以上の壊れやすいまたは取り外し可能なバリアによってシールされる、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- カートリッジを備えるエアロゾル発生物品であって、前記カートリッジが、ニコチン源を含む第一の区画と、第二の物質源を含む第二の区画と、前記第一の区画または前記第二の区画のうちのいずれか一方に配置されたサセプタとを含むエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記サセプタが、前記第一の区画または前記第二の区画の中央部に配置される、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記サセプタが、細長いサセプタであり、好ましくはサセプタロッドの形状である、請求項9または10に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記カートリッジが、前記第一の区画と前記第二の区画を分離する分離壁を含み、前記分離壁が熱伝導性材料を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 外側カートリッジ壁が断熱性材料を含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- ニコチンを含むエアロゾルの原位置(in situ)での発生のために、エアロゾル発生システム内のニコチン蒸気と第二の物質蒸気との間の反応化学量論を制御する方法であって、前記方法が、ニコチンと第二の物質を含む2つの物質を提供するステップと、サセプタを提供するステップと、前記2つの物質のうちの1つを前記サセプタによって第一の温度に加熱するステップと、前記2つの物質の間に温度勾配を生成するステップと、前記サセプタによって加熱された前記1つの物質からの熱伝達を通じて前記2つの物質のうちの他方を第二の温度に加熱するステップとを含み、ここにおいて、前記第二の温度が前記第一の温度よりも低く、それにより、蒸発したニコチンの量と蒸発した第二の物質の量との比が制御される、方法。
- 2つの分離区画に前記2つの物質を配置するステップと、前記2つの区画のうちの一方に前記サセプタを配置するステップとをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
