を含む。アルミニウムケイ酸塩の少なくとも一部は、複数のフレークの形態で存在する。これら複数のフレークにおける各フレークは、平面状であり、境界が不規則である。

Claims (20)
- 繊維材と、
アルミニウムケイ酸塩を含む充填材と
を含むクラッチパッド用摩擦材。 - 前記アルミニウムケイ酸塩の少なくとも一部は、複数のフレークの形態で存在し、かつ
前記複数のフレークにおける各フレークは、平面状であり、境界が不規則である、請求項1記載の摩擦材。 - 前記複数のフレークにおける前記フレークの少なくとも一部は、少なくとも3マイクロメートルでかつ8マイクロメートル以下の各最大幅を有する、請求項2記載の摩擦材。
- 前記複数のフレークにおける前記フレークの大部分は、少なくとも3マイクロメートルでかつ8マイクロメートル以下の各最大幅を有する、請求項2記載の摩擦材。
- 前記充填材は、アルミニウムケイ酸塩以外にシリカ含有材料を含む、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 前記摩擦材の3重量%〜60重量%は、アルミニウムケイ酸塩である、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 前記アルミニウムケイ酸塩は、焼成カオリンクレーを含む、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 前記アルミニウムケイ酸塩は、1重量%未満または1体積%未満の含水量を有する、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 少なくとも0.13の静止摩擦係数を有する、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 繊維材と、
焼成クレーを含む充填材と
を含む、クラッチ用摩擦材。 - 前記焼成クレーは、焼成カオリンクレーを含む、請求項10記載の摩擦材。
- 少なくとも0.13の静止摩擦係数を有する、請求項10記載の摩擦材。
- 前記充填材は、焼成クレー以外にシリカ含有材料を含む、請求項10記載の摩擦材。
- 前記摩擦材の3重量%〜60重量%は、焼成クレーである、請求項10記載の摩擦材。
- 前記焼成クレーは、複数のフレークの形態で存在し、かつ
前記複数のフレークにおける各フレークは、平面状であり、境界が不規則である、請求項10記載の摩擦材。 - 前記複数のフレークにおける前記フレークの少なくとも一部は、少なくとも3マイクロメートルでかつ8マイクロメートル以下の各最大幅を有する、請求項15記載の摩擦材。
- 繊維材と、
アルミニウムケイ酸塩を含む充填材と
を含むクラッチ用摩擦材において、
前記アルミニウムケイ酸塩の少なくとも一部は、複数のフレークの形態で存在し、かつ
前記複数のフレークにおける各フレークは、平面状であり、境界が不規則である、摩擦材。 - 前記複数のフレークにおける前記フレークの少なくとも一部は、少なくとも3マイクロメートルでかつ8マイクロメートル以下の各最大幅を有するか、または
前記複数のフレークにおける前記フレークの大部分は、少なくとも3マイクロメートルでかつ8マイクロメートル以下の各最大幅を有する、請求項17記載の摩擦材。 - 少なくとも0.13の静止摩擦係数を有する、請求項17記載の摩擦板。
- 前記充填材は、アルミニウムケイ酸塩以外にシリカ含有材料を含むか、または
前記摩擦材の3重量%〜60重量%は、アルミニウムケイ酸塩である、請求項17記載の摩擦材。
