Description
声門下狭窄は声帯より下および気管より上の気道を閉塞させる。細菌性バイオフィルムは、特に声門下狭窄の発症に関与していることが疑われる。声門下狭窄の治療では輪状管腔を拡大する必要があり、気流を増加し、閉塞性呼吸を減少させる。重症度の低い声門下狭窄症例はレーザー内視鏡手術で治療することができるが、より重症の症例では軟骨移植およびステントによる再建が必要となる。
