Abstract
表面に螺旋状の陰刻または陽刻で形成されたガイド部を備える巻芯と、前記ガイド部の間における巻芯表面の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第1内部電極と、前記第1内部電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第1分離層と、前記第1分離層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第2内部電極と、前記第2内部電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成された第2分離層と、前記第2分離層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成された外部電極と、を含む、ケーブル型二次電池が開示される。
Description
前記巻芯が、ワイヤ状、ツイストワイヤ状、中空状、網状、ストリップ状またはメッシュ状である、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記巻芯が、カーボンナノチューブ;ステンレス鋼;アルミニウム;ニッケル;チタン;焼成炭素;銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;または高分子;から形成されたケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記巻芯の長手方向に対する垂直断面が、円形、楕円形、四角形または三角形である、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記第1内部電極は、第1内部集電体及び前記第1内部集電体の一面に形成された第1内部電極活物質層を含み、
前記外部電極は、外部集電体及び前記外部集電体の一面に形成された外部電極活物質層を含む、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記第1内部集電体の他面及び前記外部集電体の他面のうち一つ以上に形成された高分子フィルム層をさらに含む、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記第2内部電極は、第2内部集電体、及び前記第2内部集電体の両面に形成された第2内部電極活物質層を含むケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記第1内部集電体、第2内部集電体及び前記外部集電体のうち一種以上は、フィルム型集電体またはメッシュ型集電体である、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記シート型の第1内部電極、第1分離層、第2内部電極、第2分離層及び外部電極が、一方向へ延びたストリップ構造である、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記巻芯が、内部に空間を備え、前記空間に電解質を含むリチウムイオン供給コア部、内部電極集電体コア部または充填コア部が形成された、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記内部電極集電体コア部は、カーボンナノチューブ;ステンレス鋼;アルミニウム;ニッケル;チタン;焼成炭素;銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;または伝導性高分子;から製造された、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記リチウムイオン供給コア部が、ゲル状ポリマー電解質及び支持体を含む、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記リチウムイオン供給コア部が、液体電解質及び多孔性担体を含む、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記充填コア部が、ワイヤ、繊維状、粉末状、メッシュまたは発泡体形状を有する高分子樹脂、ゴムまたは無機物を含む、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
前記第1内部電極及び外部電極が正極であり、かつ前記第2内部電極が負極であるか、または前記第1内部電極及び外部電極が負極であり、かつ前記第2内部電極が正極である、ケーブル型二次電池に関する。
そして、本発明の一実施例によれば、電解質を含むリチウムイオン供給コア部は、内部電極支持体の内部に位置しており、前記内部電極支持体は、開かれた構造を有するため、このようなリチウムイオン供給コア部の電解質は、電極活物質への浸透が容易であるため、リチウムイオンの供給及びリチウムイオンの交換を容易にする。これによって電池の容量特性及びサイクル特性が優秀となる。
この際、前記シート型の第1内部電極、第2内部電極及び外部電極は、一方へ延びたストリップ(帯)構造であり得る。
ここで、前記高分子支持層は、極性線状高分子、オキシド系線状高分子またはこれらの混合物を含み得る。
そして、前記バインダーは、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(polyvinylidene fluoride−co−hexafluoro propylene)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−トリクロロエチレン(polyvinylidene fluoride−co−trichloroethylene)、ポリブチルアクリレート(polybutyl acrylate)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(polymethyl methacrylate)、ポリアクリロニトリル(polyacrylonitrile)、ポリビニルピロリドン(polyvinylpyrrolidone)、ポリビニルアセテート(polyvinylacetate)、エチレンビニルアセテート共重合体(polyethylene−co−vinyl acetate)、ポリエチレンオキシド(polyethylene oxide)、ポリアリレート(polyarylate)、セルロースアセテート(cellulose acetate)、セルロースアセテートブチレート(cellulose acetate butyrate)、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート(cellulose acetate propionate)、シアノエチルプルラン(cyanoethylpullulan)、シアノエチルポリビニルアルコール(cyanoethylpolyvinylalcohol)、シアノエチルセルロース(cyanoethylcellulose)、シアノエチルスクロース(cyanoethylsucrose)、プルラン(pullulan)、カルボキシルメチルセルロース(carboxyl methyl cellulose)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(styrene−butadiene rubber)、アクリロニトリルスチレンブタジエン共重合体(acrylonitrile−styrene−butadiene copolymer)及びポリイミド(polyimide)からなる群より選択されたいずれか一種またはこれらの二種以上の混合物であり得る。
一方、前記表面にガイド部を備える巻芯は、内部に空間が形成されている中空構造であり得る。
また、前記巻芯の内部に形成されている空間に、充填コア部が形成され得る。
本発明の一実施例によれば、前記ケーブル型二次電池は、保護被覆を備え、保護被覆は絶縁体であって空気中の水分及び外部衝撃から電極を保護するために外部集電体の外側に形成する。

Claims (14)
- 表面に螺旋状の陰刻または陽刻で形成されたガイド部を備える巻芯と、前記ガイド部の間における巻芯表面の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第1内部電極と、前記第1内部電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第1分離層と、前記第1分離層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成されたシート型の第2内部電極と、前記第2内部電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成された第2分離層と、前記第2分離層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られて形成された外部電極と、を含む、ケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記巻芯が、ワイヤ状、ツイストワイヤ状、中空状、網状、ストリップ状またはメッシュ状である、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記巻芯が、カーボンナノチューブ;ステンレス鋼;アルミニウム;ニッケル;チタン;焼成炭素;銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;または高分子;から形成された、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記巻芯の長手方向に対する垂直断面が、円形、楕円形、四角形または三角形である、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記第1内部電極が、第1内部集電体及び前記第1内部集電体の一面に形成された第1内部電極活物質層を含み、
前記外部電極が、外部集電体及び前記外部集電体の一面に形成された外部電極活物質層を含み、
前記第2内部電極は、第2内部集電体及び前記第2内部集電体の両面に形成された第2内部電極活物質層を含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。 - 前記第1内部集電体の他面及び前記外部集電体の他面のうち一つ以上に形成された高分子フィルム層をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のケーブル型二次電池。

- 前記巻芯が、内部に空間を備え、前記空間に電解質を含むリチウムイオン供給コア部、内部電極集電体コア部または充填コア部が形成された、請求項1に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記内部電極集電体コア部は、カーボンナノチューブ;ステンレス鋼;アルミニウム;ニッケル;チタン;焼成炭素;銅;カーボン、ニッケル、チタンまたは銀で表面処理されたステンレス鋼;アルミニウム−カドミウム合金;導電材で表面処理された非伝導性高分子;または伝導性高分子;から製造された、請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
- 前記リチウムイオン供給コア部が、ゲル状ポリマー電解質及び支持体を含む、請求項9に記載のケーブル型二次電池。
