Abstract
Description
−可変電源0−100%による高い臭気除去効率。
−可動部品がないため機械的な摩耗がない。
−有害な化学物質、吸収剤、生体材料などの供給がない。
−ほとんど廃棄物がない。
−同等のプロセスと比較して投資コストおよび運用コストが比較的低い。
−粉塵、温度、湿度などのプロセス変動による影響がない。
−生産工程に影響がない。
−プロセス用エアフローを妨げない。
−3000時間につき、または稼働中に手入れは1回だけでよく、メンテナンスの必要性がほとんどない。
−他の臭気制御システムよりエネルギ消費量が低い。
−起動またはシャットダウン手順がなく操作(オン/オフのみ)が簡単である。
−あらゆるエアフローに容易に適合するモジュール設計である。
−プラズマ反応器の外側に高電圧ワイヤまたはコネクタ(例えば>250V)が露出していない。すべての高電圧ワイヤおよび接続部が、接地されたプラズマ反応器ケーシング内に安全に収容されている。
−非常にコンパクトであり、本開示の一実施形態では、WxHxD=0.40x0.70x0.75m(16x28x30インチ)の寸法を有し、17,000m3/h(10,000cfm)で稼働する。

の上/内で処理するための反応種(例えば、プラズマおよびPAW)を生成する反応器として使用できる。
Claims (17)
- プラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記プラズマ反応器アッセンブリは、
a.ケーシングであって、
i. 流体入口と、
ii. 流体出口と、
iii.入力電源と、
iv. 電源コネクタと、を具えるケーシングと、
b.少なくとも1つの昇圧変圧器と、
c.前記電源コネクタと電気的に導通する前記変圧器と、
d.前記変圧器と電気的に導通する複数のほぼ平行な誘電体管と、
e.各誘電体管の間に配置された少なくとも1つの円弧状のv形電極分割器であって、各電極分割器と、隣接する各誘電体管との間に流体用ギャップを有する電極分割器と、を具えており、
f.前記誘電体管と前記電極分割器との間を除いて前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間に流体経路がないことを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、各誘電体管が、
a.外側セラミック管と、
b.内側金属電極管と、
c.中央高電圧リードと、
を具えることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記ケーシングが、
a.内部に前記変圧器ブラケットと変圧器とを収容する上部ユニットと、
b.内部に前記誘電体管と前記電極分割器とを具える下部ユニットと、
c.前記上部ユニットと前記下部ユニットとの間の取外し可能な物理的接続および取外し可能な電気的接続と、を具えることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記ケーシングが、バヨネット型カップリングの第1の半体であって、キャビネットハウジング上に提供されたバヨネット型カプリングの第2の半体に動作可能に結合するように構成された第1の半体を具えることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。
- 請求項4に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリが更に、
a.キャビネットドアと、
b.前記キャビネットドアが閉じられているときにのみ電気が前記外側ケーシングの前記電力入口に提供されるように構成されたドアスイッチと、
を具えることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、各変圧器が、前記誘電体管への高周波、高電圧出力を具えることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記ケーシングが、既存の化学フィルタまたはバリアフィルタの前記ハウジングと同一の形状および大きさを有しており、電源に電気的に接続されたときに組み込みを提供することを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、
a.前記ケーシングの前記流体入口および前記流体出口が、生産プロセスのベントスタックとインラインであり、急速酸化によって前記ベントスタックを通過する前記流体を処理する、ことを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、
前記ケーシングの前記流体出口は、生産プロセスのベントスタックに対して接線方向にあり、前記ベントスタック内に前記流体と急速酸化によって順に反応するプラズマを供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記外側ケーシングの前記流体出口が、前記誘電体管によって生成されるオゾンとの接触によって再生される化学反応フィルタから選択された化学反応または触媒フィルタと流体連通することを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のプラズマ反応器アッセンブリにおいて、前記外側ケーシングが実質的に円筒形であることを特徴とするプラズマ反応器アッセンブリ。
- 化学フィルタまたはバリアフィルタをプラズマ反応器アッセンブリで置き換える方法において、当該方法が、
a.
i. 流体入口と、
ii. 流体出口と、
iii.入力電源と、
iv. 電源コネクタと、
を具える外側ケーシングを有するプラズマ反応器を提供するステップと、
b.前記外側ケーシングに結合された変圧器ブラケットを提供するステップと、
c. 前記電源コネクタと電気的に導通する前記変圧器ブラケットに取付けられた少なくとも1つの昇圧変圧器を提供するステップと、
d.前記変圧器と電気的に導通する複数のほぼ平行な誘電体管を提供するステップと、
e.各誘電体管の間に配置された少なくとも1つの円弧状のv形電極分割器を提供するステップであって、各電極分割器と、隣接する各誘電体管との間に流体用ギャップを有するステップと、
f.前記誘電体管と前記電極分割器との間を除いて前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間に流体経路がないステップと、
g.既存のケミカルフィルタまたはバリアフィルタを取外すステップと、
h.前記ケミカルフィルタまたはバリアフィルタを取外すことによって開いた空間に前記プラズマ反応器を設置するステップと、
i.前記プラズマ反応器に電源を接続するステップと、を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 消毒方法または殺菌方法において、当該方法が、
a.
i. 流体入口と、
ii. 流体出口と、
iii.入力電源と、
iv. 電源コネクタと、
を具えるケーシングを提供するステップと、
b.電源コネクタと電気的に導通する少なくとも1つの昇圧変圧器を提供するステップと、
c.前記変圧器と電気的に導通する複数のほぼ平行な誘電体管を提供するステップと、
d.各誘電体管の間に流体用ギャップを有して配置された少なくとも1つの円弧状のv形電極分割器を提供するステップと、
e.前記誘電体管と前記電極分割器との間を除いて、前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間に流体経路がないステップと、
f.前記流体出口の流体出力を消毒すべき物質に向けるステップと、
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の消毒方法が更に、前記流体入口に入る流体の湿度を操作するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項13に記載の消毒方法が更に、酸素(O2)、窒素(N2)、過酸化水素(H2O2)および水(H2O)からなるリストから選択された反応物を前記流体入口または前記流体出口に添加するステップを具えることを特徴とする消毒方法。
- 請求項13に記載の消毒方法が更に、前記流体出力の温度を制御するステップを具えることを特徴とする消毒方法。
- 請求項13に記載の消毒方法において、当該消毒工程が更に、酸化を改善する化学物質に前記流体出力を適用するステップを具えることを特徴とする消毒方法。
