Abstract
Description
本発明は、誘電率およびモジュラス特性の改善により電気活性を極大化できるディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムを提供することを目的とする。
本発明は、誘電率(dielectric constant)/弾性係数(Elastic Modulus)の値が2〜15mm2/Nであるディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムを提供する。
ポリウレタンフィルムの誘電率およびモジュラス特性が改善されて電気活性を極大化することで、ハプティック性能を改善できるだけでなく、透過度およびhaze特性に優れてディスプレイに適用できるという利点がある。

ポリオール(Polyol)とポリイソシアネート(Polyisocyanate)とを混合して、誘電率(dielectric constant)/弾性係数(Elastic Modulus)の値が2〜15mm2/Nであるポリウレタンフィルムを製造することができる。
以下、本発明の理解のために好ましい実施例を提示するが、下記の実施例は本発明を例示するものに過ぎず、本発明の範疇および技術思想の範囲内で多様な変更および修正が可能であることは当業者にとって自明であり、このような変更および修正が添付した特許請求の範囲に属することも当然である。
ウレタンフィルムの製造
下記表1のように、ポリオールおよびポリイソシアネートをそれぞれ下記の当量(equivalent weight)比で混合した後、0.01%の触媒DBTDL(Dibutyltin dilaurate)を追加して均一に混合した。以後、バーコーティング方法を利用してglass基材にコーティングし、100℃で3時間処理した後、glassから分離して、80μmの厚さのウレタンフィルムを得た。
物性の測定
前記製造されたウレタンフィルムに対して、それぞれ誘電率、モジュラス、光学特性およびハプティック特性を下記のように測定した。
2cm*2cmの面積でフィルムの両面にPtを蒸着した後、1kHzでCapacitanceを測定し、厚さと面積を用いて誘電率(F/m)を求めた。
UTM機器(Zwick Roell社のZ010UTM機器)を用いて、stress/strainの測定によりモジュラス値を求めた。
Haze meter COH400(Nippon Denshoku社)を用いて、ヘイズ(haze)と透過率(transmittance)を測定した。
ハプティック特性を測定するために、フィルムの両面に印加した電圧下でフィルムの揺れを振動加速度で表して測定した。
80μmの厚さに製造されたフィルムの両面にITO蒸着PETフィルムを付着させ、電圧(1.5kV〜−1.5kV)を印加した後、この時のフィルムの揺れを振動測定装置で測定した。

- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムの光学特性haze値が2%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムのウレタン結合モル数が1.7×10−3(mol/g)以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルム。
- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ハプティックディスプレイ用高誘電弾性透明フィルムに使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルム。
- ポリオール(Polyol)とポリイソシアネート(Polyisocyanate)とを混合して、誘電率(dielectric constant)/弾性係数(Elastic Modulus)の値が2〜15mm2/Nであるポリウレタンフィルムを製造するディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリオールは、50〜300g/molのOH当量(equivalent weight)で混合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートは、200〜500g/molのNCO当量(equivalent weight)で混合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。

- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ハプティックディスプレイ用高誘電弾性透明フィルムに使用されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のディスプレイ用ポリウレタンフィルムの製造方法。
