Claims (15)
- 機器をターボ機械の支持体(100)に組み付けるための方法であって、前記機器を締結装置(10)によって前記支持体(100)の部分(101)に機械的に組み付けるステップと、前記締結装置(10)と前記支持部分(101)との間の境界領域にエポキシ樹脂のコーティング層(50)を設けることよりなるさらなるステップとを含む方法。
- 前記締結装置(10)がリベットナット(11、12)を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記機器を前記スキッド部分(101)に機械的に組み付ける前記ステップが、
前記支持部分(101)に固定穴(30)をあけるステップと、
前記固定穴(30)の内縁をバリ取りするステップと、
前記リベットナット(11、12)を前記固定穴(30)に挿入し、したがって、前記リベットナット(11、12)と前記支持部分(101)との間の前記境界領域を画定するステップと、
前記境界領域にコーティング層(50)を設けるステップと、
前記リベットナット(11、12)を塑性変形させ、したがって、前記リベットナット(11、12)を前記支持部分(101)にしっかりと組み付けるステップと
を含む、請求項2記載の方法。 - 前記リベットナット(11、12)と前記支持部分(101)との間の前記境界領域にコーティング層を設ける前記段階が、前記リベットナット(11、12)の外面にコーティング層(50)を設けるステップを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の方法。

- 前記機器を前記支持部分(101)に機械的に組み付ける前記ステップが、
