Description
土壌などの微粒子凝集物(「試料」)のWHCを測定するための手順は、以下の通りである。

この方法における「水性液体」として[100ミリリットルの脱イオン水を用いる保水容量(WHC)測定法を使用して、土壌のWHCを決定する。新たな土壌試料を用いて、この手順を、5回反復する。5回の測定での平均WHCは、27.8%である。
この方法における「水性液体」としてSNFPを含有する100ミリリットルの水性溶液を用いる保水容量(WHC)測定法を使用して、土壌のWHCを決定する。比較例Bについては、1000ppmのSNFPを含有する水性溶液を用いる。比較例Cについては、2000ppmのSNFPを含有する水性溶液を用いる。水性溶液の総重量に対するppmを測定する。各比較例について、この方法を、2回反復し、そして、その平均値を得て、比較例についてのWHCとする。

Claims (10)
- 2つの異なる水性混合物、最初に、スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分を含有する水性混合物、次に、ポリエチレンオキサイドを含有する水性混合物を用いて、微粒子凝集物を処理することを含む、方法。
- 前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分が、スルホン化ナフタレンホルムアルデヒド重縮合物、スルホン化フェノールホルムアルデヒド重縮合物、ポリスチレンスルホネート、オルト及びパラトルエンスルホンアミドホルムアルデヒドポリマー、並びに、リグノスルホネートからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分が、スルホン化ナフタレンホルムアルデヒド重縮合物である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分の水性混合物中の前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分の濃度が、前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分を含有する前記水性混合物の100万重量部に基づいて、0.1重量部以上かつ10,000重量部以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンオキサイドを含有する水性混合物中のポリエチレンオキサイドの濃度が、前記ポリエチレンオキサイドを含有する前記水性混合物の100万重量部に基づいて、0.1重量部以上かつ10,000重量部以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンオキサイドが、サイズ排除クロマトグラフィーによって決定された、200g/モル以上かつ10,000,000g/モル以下の分子量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スルホン化芳香族ポリマー成分とポリエチレンオキサイドの双方が水溶性である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物のうちの一方または双方が、肥料を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記微粒子凝集物が、土壌を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 水性混合物のうちの一方または双方が、肥料を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
