Claims (14)
- 人の耳領域に配置されるように構成されるEEGモニタであって,電源およびEEG信号処理装置を保持するハウジングを備え,上記EEGモニタがさらにEEG電極(複数)を有するEEG検知部を備え,上記EEG検知部が上記人の頭皮に皮下的にまたは外耳道内に配置されるように構成されており,上記ハウジングが上記人の耳の後ろまたは耳の上にフィットし,かつ上記人の耳介と頭部の間の裂け目中にフィットするように個別に形成されている,
EEGモニタ。 - 上記ハウジングが,上記人の耳領域のスキャニングまたは上記人の耳領域のインプリントのスキャニングに基づく3Dプリント技術によって全体的にまたは部分的に製造されたものである,請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記EEG検知部が上記人の耳の後ろに皮下的に埋め込まれるように構成されており,上記EEGモニタが,上記EEG検知部と上記ハウジング内の上記EEG信号処理装置の間の誘導リンクを備えている,請求項1または2に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記誘導リンクが,上記EEG検知部内の第1のコイルと上記ハウジング内の第2のコイルを備えている,請求項3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記人の耳の後ろに位置決めされたときに上記第1および第2のコイルが整列するように,上記ハウジングが形成されかつ上記第2のコイルが上記ハウジング内に配置されている,請求項4に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記ハウジングが,上記EEG検知部が皮下に埋め込まれる箇所において皮膚に当接する上記ハウジングの領域に位置する凹み領域を備えている,請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 使用中に上記人の皮膚に当接する上記ハウジングの表面の少なくとも一部に,上記ハウジングと上記皮膚との間の換気を許す表面性状が設けられている,請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記表面性状が複数の溝を備えている,請求項7に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記ハウジングが,運動中または睡眠時に上記ハウジングを正しい位置に保持するための固定具に接続可能である,請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記検知部が上記外耳道内に配置されるように構成されており,上記検知部の形状が上記外耳道のスキャニングに基づく上記外耳道の形状にフィットされている,請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記検知部が上記外耳道内に配置されるように構成されており,上記ハウジングを上記検知部に有線接続する接続を備え,上記接続が,上記EEGモニタを保持する固定具として機能する形状および剛性を備えている,請求項1または10に記載のEEGモニタ。
- EEGモニタ用の個別にフィットされたハウジングを提供する方法であって,上記EEGモニタは上記ハウジング外部の検知部および上記ハウジング内の処理部を備えるものであり,
上記ハウジングの好ましい位置を決定し,
この好ましい位置の輪郭をスキャニングし,
