Claims (15)
- 制御弁を通って高圧領域からクランクケース室圧力領域内へ流れる冷媒流を制御する特に冷媒圧縮機用の電気制御弁(100)であって、
前記電気制御弁(100)は、
吸引圧力領域、前記高圧領域、および前記クランクケース室圧力領域のためのコネクタを有するバルブハウジング(102)と、
前記バルブハウジング(102)内の2つの位置間で変位可能になるように配置され、前記位置に応じて前記高圧領域および前記クランクケース室圧力領域を相互に接続または分離する弁体(104)と、
前記弁体(104)を変位させる電動駆動装置(110)と、
前記弁体(104)の前記位置を判定する手段(112)と、
前記吸引圧力領域内の吸引圧力の値を判定する第1の圧力センサ(114)と、
前記吸引圧力領域内で判定される前記吸引圧力の前記値に応じて、前記高圧領域から前記クランクケース室圧力領域内へ流れる前記冷媒流を制御する電気制御手段(116)と、
前記第1の圧力センサ(114)によって判定される前記吸引圧力領域内の前記吸引圧力の前記値を読み取ることができ、前記電動駆動装置(110)、前記第1の圧力センサ(114)、および前記電気制御手段(116)を電源に接続することができる電気インターフェース(118)と、を備えており、
前記判定された吸引圧力が所定の閾値を下回った場合、前記弁体(104)が前記高圧領域を前記クランクケース室圧力領域に接続するように、前記電動駆動装置(110)を使用して前記弁体(104)を変位させることによって、前記電気制御手段(116)は、前記高圧領域から前記クランクケース室圧力領域内へ流れる前記冷媒流を制御する、
制御弁。 - 前記弁体(104)の前記位置は、電気位置センサを使用して判定される、
請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記弁体(104)の前記位置は、前記電動駆動装置(110)内に存在する1つまたは複数の制御変数に応じて判定される、
請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記弁体(104)の前記位置は、基準付けを使用することによって、弁の遊びおよび弁の摩耗とは関係なく判定される、
請求項1に記載の制御弁。 - 前記冷媒流を制御する前記電気制御手段(116)は、前記バルブハウジング(102)の外側に配置され、特に前記制御弁(100)の他の構成要素から空間的に分離して配置されている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記電気制御手段(116)は、前記第1の圧力センサ(114)によって判定される前記吸引圧力領域内の前記吸引圧力の前記値を読み込み、前記値を処理し、前記電気インターフェース(118)を介して、前記値を読み取ることを可能にする、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記電動駆動装置(110)は、前記バルブハウジング内で前記高圧領域内に配置されている、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記圧力センサ(114)および前記電気制御手段(116)は、前記バルブハウジング(102)内で前記高圧領域内に配置されている、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記高圧領域は、
ベローズシール、および/または
前記電動駆動装置(110)内に設けられるカプセル化、および/または
前記電気インターフェース(118)のための封止デバイスを使用して気密封止されている、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記電動駆動装置(110)は、前記作動駆動装置によって事前に決定されたステップで前記弁体を変位させる、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記高圧領域内の高圧の値を判定する第2の圧力センサ(120)をさらに含んでいる、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。 - 前記吸引圧力領域内の温度の値を判定する第1の温度センサをさらに含んでいる、
請求項11に記載の制御弁。 - 前記高圧領域内の温度の値を判定する第2の温度センサをさらに含んでいる、
請求項11または12に記載の制御弁。 - 前記第1の圧力センサおよび前記第1の温度センサ、ならびに/または、前記第2の圧力センサおよび前記第2の温度センサは、一体化された圧力・温度センサとして形成されている、
請求項12または13に記載の制御弁。 - さらに、
前記第2の圧力センサ(120)によって判定される前記高圧領域内の前記高圧の前記値、および/または、さらに
前記第1の温度センサによって判定される前記吸引圧力領域内の前記温度の前記値、および/または、さらに
前記第2の温度センサによって判定される前記高圧領域内の前記温度の前記値は、
前記電気インターフェース(118)を介して読み取ることができる、
請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の制御弁。
